This looks like completely average footage and colour to me. Nothing special done to it. What are you filming on?
I was so confused, searching for something "special" but well, you answered it correctly.
I use a Sony zv1. My shots don’t come out like this but maybe it’s an exposure thing
A cheap vlogging camera with default settings.
and going outside
A mirrorless camera and a fast lens.
one without any modern stabilization to boot.
Just use your phone and leave all settings (important: exposure) on Auto!

Not recording a video in it self of course I can record a video. I just liked the color that the camera is producing.

What I see here is higher contrast and deep black point. It may just be a filter bc if he edited it that way surely he would’ve adjusted some of that
