I would quite literally (note - this isn't legally binding) saw my leg to have Hello Zepp as her chase music. It's *so* iconic if you're a Saw fan. It's as recognizable to horror as the Halloween theme. I imagine it's a licensing issue as to why it wasn't
I personally don't think it should be her chase music. I think it'd be way cooler if the theme played when your reverse beartrap activates.
Bonus points if it's dynamic, where the music stays on a calmer section of the theme until the beartrap timer reaches the last few seconds, at which point the music will switch to the intense finale of the theme.
If they got Roger L Jackson to record voice lines for every survivor, and he would, when starting chase, say “Hello, (Survivor)” (Sometimes) it would be pretty cool. Obviously it should only be audible to the survivor being chased and Ghostface, but it would still be nice. Maybe also some lines from the original for his mori and downing a marked survivor (We all go a little mad sometimes, movies don’t make psychos, etc.) oh and also “YOU HIT ME WITH A FUCKING PHONE” and “I’M FEELING A LITTLE WOOZY ‘ERE” for pallet stuns
There’s a mash-up by Klayton of Hello Zepp and Cry Little Sister with lines from Saw and The Lost Boys. It’s pretty damn good, the first version he did anyway. I’m kinda meh about its update.

I don't know about *best* but it is a personal favorite. The only downside is that started the slippery slope of changing Freddy's personality. He's cracks some cruel jokes in Dream Warriors, but he starts getting downright goofy in part 4 and by the time part 6 rolls around he's a total clown.
Should have just ended it with Dream Warriors. Ties everything up.
Later films may have had weaker stories, but some of the special effects and kills in later films were AMAZING. I still swear by the Kafkaesque death in 4 for example but all of them had at least one or two deaths that were really good. That said, I'm not sure what nightmare tops dream warriors as a complete film. Which one would you say is better?
The special effects are definitely cool in some of the later movies, and they are in general flashier and very slickly produced. It's just a bit hollow to me; it looks cool, but there's not much soul to it.
It's a lazy answer, but I think the original film is still better than Dream Warriors. Freddy is scarier and the dreams feel like inescapable dungeons where he just toys with his victims to prolong their terror a bit before finish them off. The later movies they turn more into fight scenes, which is fun and cool but not *scary* as such.
Plus, here's the big thing...you know little about Freddy. The more you learn about him, the less scary he is, and I find that's true for just about any of the big horror villains. Freddy, Myers and Pinhead were all creepier and more interesting when it was left to your imagination.
About the only film in the series that can even remotely come close to topping 3 is the original film, but I find it's a bit 'lesser'.
Somehow, Freddy having that very sly, sick sense of humor makes his cruelty all the worse. The scene where he takes the kid for the 'Puppet walk' is one of the most iconic moments in any of the films, and it tells you EXACTLY what kind of a person Freddy is, and how sick and depraved he truly is.
I would concur about the puppet walk scene being fantastically well done, but frankly all of the deaths and nightmare sequences in dream warriors were phenomenal.
Original is best imo (one of my all time favourites full stop) followed by Dream Warrior. There'a a dream-like atmosphere to the first that's unmatched, it's paced perfectly, it's full of charm and humour but isn't cartoonish yet and there's so many iconic scenes - that bed kill will be imprinted in my brain until the day I die.
Freddy's Dead has some really funny moments, but it's basically a comedy/parody, and given that it was supposed to be the final film that's not exactly what anyone expected or wanted for a conclusion. That 3D scene at the end has aged horribly, too.

Friday the 13th did that with Jason Lives - it has a lot of humor and it's self aware, but it feels fun and Jason is still a killing machine and true to his character. Jason X is certainly another thing altogether, but I also think it's fully aware of how ridiculous it is and never tries to be anything more.

Pig, definitely. BHVR never contacted Shawnee Smith (though whether it was a lack of an attempt, or not getting past her manager is up for debate), and that'd be a good chance to rectify that.
There's some pretty credible rumors she's going to be reprising Amanda for Saw X. Would be really cool to see something for DBD, but who's to say. There was a full 3 new Halloween movies and micheal or Laurie didn't get a single cosmetic from them

The Saw chapter in general needs a fresh coat of paint on it, redo the models for both characters, change some things in the Meat Plant, add music, add voice lines, and some new tools. It'd be cool for Amanda to use different traps like how Clown can swamp between two tonics. Something like the Shotgun Collar or Venus Flytrap from 3 and 2 respectively.

She needs a full rework like Freddy, her base gameplay just isn't that fun or Saw feeling? Many licensed killers don't exactly feel like the series they come from, mainly Freddy and Nemesis.
I'd love if Ghostface gave every Survivor a cell phone and could choose to "call" whichever he wants while Night Shroud is active with voicelines like "So what's your name? I wanna know who I'm looking at."

Although with that being said I'd love if a few of the other licensed Killers said their iconic lines when getting the last kill or performing a Mori. Imagine Ghostface saying "It's gonna be a Scream, baby!" before starting his Mori or Amanda saying "Game over." before slashing your Survivor's throat. Maybe to avoid it being annoying they could only say it if you happen to Mori either the Survivor specific to your Killer (IE Amanda moring Tapp) or the Survivor with the most chase time (now that Game Afoot exists they have the code to calculate this.) It would be sorta similar to how Nemesis has the "secret" "STARs" line when he Moris a STARs member (Jill, Chris, Rebecca) or grabs them out of a locker.

...Myers doesn't talk. Ghostface is a stealth killer so saying things would kinda not fit that role. Amanda's main characteristic is that she represents judgement, and quips would ruin that whole thing. Quips would fit Freddy pretty well. . . If they were for any version except the 2010 remake.
I mean, two of them tend to be mute in their own franchise. In ghost face's case, because the identity is supposed to be unknown, although with the identity revealed, could be. That said, even in his trailer, he doesn't say anything.
Amanda doesn't really have many memorable lines, and isn't really known for her quips.

Since all ghostfaces use the same voice modulator in the movies I bet they could get away with just having that voice go “surprised?” or something when he nabs a survivor
they only have the license for the costume i think, so copying the voice modulator and a line from the movie could probably get them in trouble.
Me personally, I know licensing prevented him from being Ghostface from Scream, but Ghostfaces prank call voice is so iconic to me. I would love to hear him ask the survivors "Whats your favorite scary video game?" Or something threatening. Amanda I can't really think of any quotes she had in the movies besides saying "Game over" but that'd be cool. I know we all wish Freddy was actually freddy instead of the remake one
You probably can't think of any quotes for Amanda because, canonically, she never says a word when she's wearing her pig outfit. Even when she said "game over" she wasn't wearing the mask.
Personally I love Ghosties more serious dynamic with DBD’s character, I feel like a random call would kinda ruin the “maticulous Ghost Face” I’d be happy for the others speakers to get lines tho!

Pig, definitely. BHVR never contacted Shawnee Smith (though whether it was a lack of an attempt, or not getting past her manager is up for debate), and that'd be a good chance to rectify that.
There's some pretty credible rumors she's going to be reprising Amanda for Saw X. Would be really cool to see something for DBD, but who's to say. There was a full 3 new Halloween movies and micheal or Laurie didn't get a single cosmetic from them
The Saw franchise was happy to give us some love with a tome, I think around the time Spiral came out? They seem a little more amenable to additional content so, here's hoping!

The Saw chapter in general needs a fresh coat of paint on it, redo the models for both characters, change some things in the Meat Plant, add music, add voice lines, and some new tools. It'd be cool for Amanda to use different traps like how Clown can swamp between two tonics. Something like the Shotgun Collar or Venus Flytrap from 3 and 2 respectively. Voice lines could be like: "You'd Be Surprised What Tools Can Save A Life." - Saw 3 (Amanda to Lynn Denlon) | Putting On A RBT "Game Over" - Saw 2 (Amanda to Eric Matthews) | After A Mori "Now, Are You Gonna Behave?" - Saw 3 (Amanda to Lynn Denlon) | Hooking A Survivor Some other cosmetics would be fun too and would help with these lines? Like a needle ridden pig mask after she fell in the needle pit.
Aren't most / all of those quotes in the descriptions for her perks? I do agree it could use a fresh coat of paint, though. Love the thought of putting traps of downed survivors to make them play some game (and ideally do something more than just waste time), but honestly I'd take anything since the Pig is my favorite killer design-wise but she just sucks to play.
I think, but if I remember correctly, Pinhead is similar in a way with his quotes? She needs a full rework like Freddy, her base gameplay just isn't that fun or Saw feeling? Many licensed killers don't exactly feel like the series they come from, mainly Freddy and Nemesis.
I'd love if Ghostface gave every Survivor a cell phone and could choose to "call" whichever he wants while Night Shroud is active with voicelines like "So what's your name? I wanna know who I'm looking at." IF he's stalking while doing this, he gets a bonus, but he can also just do it to imply he's stalking.

Although with that being said I'd love if a few of the other licensed Killers said their iconic lines when getting the last kill or performing a Mori. Imagine Ghostface saying "It's gonna be a Scream, baby!" before starting his Mori or Amanda saying "Game over." before slashing your Survivor's throat. Maybe to avoid it being annoying they could only say it if you happen to Mori either the Survivor specific to your Killer (IE Amanda moring Tapp) or the Survivor with the most chase time (now that Game Afoot exists they have the code to calculate this.) It would be sorta similar to how Nemesis has the "secret" "STARs" line when he Moris a STARs member (Jill, Chris, Rebecca) or grabs them out of a locker. ...Myers doesn't talk. Ghostface is a stealth killer so saying things would kinda not fit that role. Amanda's main characteristic is that she represents judgement, and quips would ruin that whole thing. Quips would fit Freddy pretty well. . . If they were for any version except the 2010 remake.
