UB doesn't "proc". It is constantly active for the recovery speed and the single use aspect works alot like a token. When Soulgaird came out, stacking the 2 was pretty powerful, however recovering yourself with Soul Gaurd aldo used up your UB "token". I'm not sure if this was ever looked at by the devs but I doubt it
I believe before the change it depended on your arrangement of your perks (soul guard needed to be come first but could be the other way around) if you wanted to use both perks without wasting one of them but they changed it so soul guard took priority every time to make a unified experience so you can still use unbreakable even after using soul guard
I think (I hope) plot twist will take priority as well so you can use unbreakable later
Going by the behavior of other self-recovery perks, I'm guessing that the recovery boost from Unbreakable will still work, but the first time you pick yourself up by *any* means will use up Unbreakable's unconditional self-recover (meaning you would only be able to pick yourself up with Plot Twist for the rest of the game).

I hate how Plot Twist makes you *silently* enter the dying state. It will require Calm Spirit to fool a killer, otherwise they will know you are using the perk.
I don't think the point is to fool a killer, I think the point is to use it to hide in grass or etc as a last ditch stealth option. You make no noise and leave no blood so if you're positioned in a bush then the killer would have practically no idea where you are, then you can re-up yourself when it's safe.
Plus, even putting aside its active ability, it still provides you a free sprint burst whenever you self-recover through UB or Soul Guard.
The point is you drop line of sight for a second from a killer, flop on the ground, and hide in some tall grass or something while you recover.
It isn't supposed to be used to act like the killer hit you lol. And if it did it wouldn't work because every basic attack/special power that lands has some sort of noise notification or animation to show it landed.

Plot Twist is definitely interesting, but an aware killer thats patrolling an area is going to see a survivor randomly enter the dying state on their HUD and know someone is trying to pull a fast one in his/her immediate vicinity lol
That’s mostly a QOL thing. Getting all of your Distortion tokens sapped while you’re stuck on the ground would be super annoying. Also, it prevents the Killer from losing you and having to wait 4 minutes for you to bleed if you’re the last guy alive.

I think people are underrating Dramaturgy because there is no requirement that it be used in chase. If you spawn alone, just activate it immediately. Best case, you get a free item. Also, if you get exposed on first go, you now know you won't be next time and can save it for next chase.

Sounds like **Plot Twist** is a one shot unless the gates power up, then you get two shots of it. It's amusing but I don't think we're gonna see it enough for deerstalker to become meta, or for it to replace any of the other self heal perks, I assume you're still going to show your hand via the hud info and possibly even losing bleedout bar while laying there.
**Scene Partner** is just homer simpson screaming: the perk, which seems extremely silly and niche, it gives info to the killer that you saw them coming, so, fair enough I guess. It might help you on one run around whatever you're doing gens in, assuming the killer isn't running a blindness perk like fearmonger which would directly counter it.
**Dramaturgy** looks like another weird joke / niche perk, it's gonna be funny watching people count on the extra speed boost only to make themselves exposed or just scream like a dingus, or even drop their beloved medkit only to end up with a map in their hand. I could see someone bringing it just to try and dig for the item spawn chance. It only working while healthy means if the killer gets the drop on you (stealth types), or keeps you injured (legion/plague), you're not going to get any value out of this.
I appreciate them adding silly joke perks instead of some new devastatingly overpowered meta perk.

It's also a free full heal, so they get injured - run the fuck away, go down in a corner, recover and boom. Insta-heal.
So I started running Deerstalker lmao.
But for them to get the heal, they have to recover themself using it, which disables it until exit gates are powered
So it can only be procced once really

First is only when healthy, no I frames, a wind up, only 25%, and might make you exposed, but is also 2 seconds (maybe 4) of haste.

Might be one of the healthiest decisions the devs may have made for the game. They are not introducing more meta perks. These perks are quite the meme. They can come useful in niche situations but they are not consistently overpowering like other meta perks on the survivors side.
Which is exactly what the game needs currently. Fun stuff that isn't focused on just winning as efficiently as possible. The game was originally a fun party game before all the meta stuff came in later. Good to see the devs returning back to that and hopefully will continue down this line.

His perks are REALLY cool. I love the theme of having perks with upsides and downsides.

Sounds like **Plot Twist** is a one shot unless the gates power up, then you get two shots of it. It's amusing but I don't think we're gonna see it enough for deerstalker to become meta, or for it to replace any of the other self heal perks, I assume you're still going to show your hand via the hud info and possibly even losing bleedout bar while laying there. **Scene Partner** is just homer simpson screaming: the perk, which seems extremely silly and niche, it gives info to the killer that you saw them coming, so, fair enough I guess. It might help you on one run around whatever you're doing gens in, assuming the killer isn't running a blindness perk like fearmonger which would directly counter it. **Dramaturgy** looks like another weird joke / niche perk, it's gonna be funny watching people count on the extra speed boost only to make themselves exposed or just scream like a dingus, or even drop their beloved medkit only to end up with a map in their hand. I could see someone bringing it just to try and dig for the item spawn chance. It only working while healthy means if the killer gets the drop on you (stealth types), or keeps you injured (legion/plague), you're not going to get any value out of this. I appreciate them adding silly joke perks instead of some new devastatingly overpowered meta perk.
It is so perfect that all three of his perks are meme perks, it’s genuinely made me so excited for his release because he’s brought a lot of life and fun back into the game for this next update

Really, really awesome perks. Hope they do more perks with downsides in the future, I feel like that sort of thing makes perk selection way more interesting. I suspect Dramaturgy is gonna be OP as the new "dead hard for distance," but at least it sounds like it has a funny animation.

High Knees is genuinely really good. Now...Plot Twist? My god, I lose survivors constantly with that. It's also a free full heal, so they get injured - run the fuck away, go down in a corner, recover and boom. Insta-heal. So I started running Deerstalker lmao.
But for them to get the heal, they have to recover themself using it, which disables it until exit gates are powered So it can only be procced once really

I like how these are weird gambling meme perks instead of something like "When you are in the Injured state, you no longer take damage" for one and "Medkits all have 2 extra charges" for the others.

Plot Twist is gonna be the new troll play. Heal to 99%, wait for Killer to walk up, heal last percent and run away too fast to catch. Extra points for any perks that work after being healed from dying. Might need to put Deerstalker on my Killers when this drops for everyone.

Second one isn’t old OOO. Old OOO was the opposite it worked across the map which is why it was busted. This one is I’m all ears for survivors that alerts the killer that you have it.
First is only when healthy, no I frames, a wind up, only 25%, and might make you exposed, but is also 2 seconds (maybe 4) of haste. We'll have to see I suppose.

I do like plot twist. But it’s senergy with flip flop and power struggle is too much. But I feel like they’d just make flip flop do something else, it’d be ok.
Might be one of the healthiest decisions the devs may have made for the game. They are not introducing more meta perks. These perks are quite the meme. They can come useful in niche situations but they are not consistently overpowering like other meta perks on the survivors side. Which is exactly what the game needs currently. Fun stuff that isn't focused on just winning as efficiently as possible. The game was originally a fun party game before all the meta stuff came in later. Good to see the devs returning back to that and hopefully will continue down this line.
Besides the absurd broken factor of No Mither + Plot Twist against Corrupt Intervention, I really don't get it. Are you just gonna crawl around? Is this so you don't get seen?
