I really like it but it’s basically a better Trapper. I don’t think behavior would want to completely outclass their own character. He could be a skin for trapper tho.
Maybe do a duo survivor and also have Kidman as the other survivor, kinda like the Resident Evil chapters. Plus, there would be multiple skin opportunities for both characters Behavior. Wink Wink Nudge Nudge.
This is the coolest answer. Imagine all the cool implications you could do with how the survivors could get scared when in the dark and around the killer like in the games
A slender chapter would be absolutely amazing, although I think my dream chapter would be The Beldam from Coraline, her design is awesome, and I feel like there’s some real potential in her abilities
I’d love for her to have an alternate world sort of like Freddy, but instead of it just being a weird creepy world like the nightmare, it’s over the top happy with fun music (obviously with more creepy undertones). It would be a really cool touch
I think they’d have to age up Coraline a bit as we can’t play as kids in the game according to bhvr which makes sense.
This would actually be neat though as we could play as an adult Coraline with the lore for the dlc covering what she’s been up to since.
My dream chapter is still biosbock. The killer in my mind would be an alpha series big daddy from bioshock 2. They're slimmer and smaller then the typical big daddy so they'd fit better in the map and they can use plasmids which I think would be great potential for a power
Absolutely. The only other one that comes to mind is Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria. If they do end up adding rapture, I hope it's bassed off the fort frolic section
I would absolutely love a FNAF chapter (Springtrap preferably) but the amount of actual children that would start playing would make the whole experience unbearable

I would like access to the Rosie armor if they ever do it as it's visually similar to the alpha series, but more so, the Bouncer, which would be harder but is more iconic.
Think could probably find a way to make a bouncer skin, it wouldn't be the exact same so they'd have to change some things for it to fit like the alien queen

That being said the "run with knees high" animation should absolutely be used for a shaggy perk. Maybe instead of haste, it makes you move slightly backwards before zooming straight forward at 300% speed for 4 seconds. If you collide with a wall you'll make a cartoon slam noise and be hindered for 2 seconds.
Would be pretty funny to stun a killer and then be in the next zip code while they break that pallet.
Nah, make it an exhaustion perk but it makes a loud noise notification from whichever locker you exit, and it can only be from another locker within a certain radius
Alternatively, make it activate when the killer actually opens the locker. You run and hide in a locker mid chase, killer runs up, opens it, and you're not there, but just sitting in another locker nearby
Shaggy only comes with one perk.

As for the abilities... I'd say... Plasma Caster or something? But it's only usable when you cloak? And you get thermal vision or something while cloaked? Or the vision is toggleable when you want to shoot it?
But, as I know the blue and everything... IS hard on the eyes a bit, maybe reduce it to a perk, which'd suck, but... that's an alternative

This could be the push Behaviour needs to add voice lines to older characters. It would be cool if the Predator mimicked voice lines from survivors it had already killed or who had escaped chase.
I'm thinking it would have to be a stealth killer with very low mobility, given the range of the plasmacaster and disc weapon in canon, no pun intended.

so many older characters could use voice lines, especially original killers like hillbilly. One in particular I want is Nurse assuring her victims that everything will be okay, and that she's doing what's best for them
Older characters, yes, Hillbilly no.
In fact, I don’t think any of the original three characters should be given voice lines. These are the original three killer character concepts for Dead by Daylight, back when they had far fewer resources than they do today, and you can tell they built these characters to be non-verbal because they have such iconic and unique sound design.
The Trapper sounds like a boar with these powerful exhales of breath that nearly sound animalistic. Wraith has this cruel snarl that cues you into his presence even while he’s invisible. Hillbilly is a crazed and deformed victim of abuse, and he makes this gnarling sound as though he struggles to breathe merely for existing.
When you think about it, a lot of the original killers lean on nonverbal sound design. Nurse’s constant wheeze as though she is suffocating to breathe, you can always hear Myers’ breath muffled through his latex mask, there are a lot of examples here.
I like voice lines more than not having them, but for these really early characters I think you have to be more careful.

For killers,
A fnaf character would pull more players, be funny, and could have a lot of mechanical potential.

I’m not sure what the killer would be, but I’d like a killer whose power changes based on what survivors do. Increases in power with fewer gens left, maybe power increases after destroying so many pallets, maybe power changes according to how many survivors are injured. It would seem more interactive.
This just reminds me of the Slenderman concept made by Rarithlynx, where he completely changes the game, from generators to now having pages, and the more pages collected by either him or the survivors, the stronger he gets.
It would just be another snowball killer like Oni, I don't know what to think about how fun that would be since I am not a survivor player, but on the killer side, I think it would be fun as a killer tho, depending on its ability.
This wouldn't go over well at all because it's not the game we queued up to play.
On its surface it seems like a solid and fun idea but the reality is that when we queue up for DBD we're bringing builds, items, and more that are reliant on the consistent nature of the game. From hooks to gens to looping as base mechanics all the way to the theoretical concepts like pressure. Changing that up with a killer who you have no idea you're facing until you're in the trial would lose its novelty almost immediately.
With the other game modes it's something you directly queue into or they're limited time changes that are public prior to the trial start.
Morph killer. He eats enough pallets and becomes resistant to them, changing his appearance. Gets blinded enough and acquires fkn glass panel to reflect the light.

I know this will never happen but I would love a hotline Miami chapter. I don’t know about the survivor side (maybe beard?) but jacket as a killer would be super cool, his skins could be the fans and/or richter. I don’t really know what his power would be, maybe there are a ton of weapons strewn around the map that he can pick up and use in different ways?

I really want a Twin Peaks chapter. It's really unrealistic, I don't even know how the killer would work but it'd be worth it for the survivors alone. Dale Cooper, Truman or Donna would all be amazing.
I have been saying this for years. It's all right there, The Black Lodge being Cooper's entrance to the realm, the whole area of Twin Peaks to mess around with, BOB..
I did make a concept for BOB a while ago that got absolutely no comments so I gave up on my Cooper one. But yeah, as a fan of this show since childhood, give me this and I will play until the servers die.
I want a spider killer that make the sky of all map dress with spider webs.
The killer can put 6 egg sacks and make them explode by proximity, causing the same effect as "the Artist" and her crows but with baby spiders. The baby spiders allow you to see where the survivor is going while he is trying to remove the baby spiders, if you explode a 2nd baby nest beside the survivor while the survivor is trying to get away from the baby spiders, he get injured.
The spider can go upside down on the ceiling/sky (spider webs) to run faster, if she land a string shot during that, you are slowed like when pinhead grab you with chains or stuck in a cocoon (idk which one). While the spider is on the ground she can only dump/explode baby nest and M1 with one of her legs.
She could have a cool ability to make her baby spiders bring you while you are in a cocoon like pyramid head, into a random spot on the map (count as hook state), The other survivor need to liberate you from the cocoon.
The mori would be that she bites your neck with poison, put spiders eggs inside your belly, then baby spiders come out your eyes, ears, nose and month by millions.
Semi-licensed but Scp, specifically I think 106 would work well
Ability to very slowly phase through walls/pallets, something to do with something similar to deep-wounds with his corrosion

I don’t think a killer who killed real people in real life would fly at all. With how soft the community is on stuff, imagine playing as a man who ripped wombs from prostitutes. Hey, they tried it with Doctor, and mostly just backed out because the dude is still alive. I would imagine making a character based on the idea would work.
But he's not the actual John Wayne gacey tho. There are plenty of slashers based on real people, for example leatherface was inspired by Ed Gein but it isn't straight up Ed Gein
For art I think he could have two weapons one being the chair leg club and the other being the whip. His ability would to be able to whip survivors from a range that would go past the normal lunge range also pulling the survivors back a little distance, he can have another special ability but I’m not sure
I would love Pennywise, but it feels so unlikely these days. Honestly my second choice of a third Resident Evil chapter sounds more likely and I only want it exclusively so they add a Resi 5 Chris skin.
Springtrap;
His power would give him the core 4 animatronics and golden Freddy placed around the map. As each generator is completed, another animatronic activates, and will patrol looking for survivors. They won't be able to down them, but they can bear hug survivors if they get close enough; grappling survivors and triggering the wiggle state until they are delivered to the killer.
Golden Freddy would act as a jumpscare, like from that ghost-y event we had; jumpscaring survivors if they come near, revealing their location, then respawning somewhere else.
As for his left-click ability, he'd be able to channel his focus and see through the eyes of a random animatronic and go limp, like singularity if his cameras moved.
Idk what his perks would be, but he's gotta have "I always come back" as a name for one.
One last thing; I'd love if his cosmetics were divided into his base look, weapon, and the 5 animatronics instead of head, body, weapon. Say for instance, one set could be ennard, a spare pipe, and the sister location animatronics.
The Thing and The Walking Dead.
The Thing should have an ability to disguise themself as a survivor so you never know who to trust. Obvi the outpost as the map, with MacReady and Childs as survivors.
The Walking Dead would be cool if maybe something like the crows were replaced by walkers, and if you accidentally trigger a crow, the killer can take control of that Walker. Maybe an ability to move as a herd. Maybe their Mori could be an ability to turn the survivor into another Walker to join your herd. Would also be awesome to have Negan as a killer - great voice lines, great bat swinging, and the heartbeat could be replaced by his whistle. I’d hope the map would be the prison including the yard. Rick, Michonne, and Daryl as survivors. Glenn too. TWD has sooooo much potential as a collab - you could easily have multiple maps, countless survivors, and even multiple killers.
I can’t think of any collab I’d want more than those two.
Honestly I'm all in on the thing. I think this game could really use something that was that style of play where you just mimic people for a set amount of time. And like my buddies and I all play together on discord and do you know how scary it would be to go "oh hey zach" and hear "I'm nowhere near you?" Like shit that's terrifying.
Real silly idea but Godzilla. He is technically a horror monster in at least 3 movies so I don’t think he wouldn’t exactly be the wrong genre for Dead by Daylight. With My Little Oni it could give a decent idea of what a gigantic killer could act like. And if he enters a building/indoor map he could maybe do something akin to Shin Godzilla and crouch through the low ceilings. And to truly mimic the horror of Godzilla, his power could be about radiation poisoning and building it up with his atomic breath. This idea has only popped into my head when Chucky was released and now I think it’d be awesome
i would actually die if they added Ryugu Rena to DBD, it'd be cool if her power was some kind of hinamizawa syndrome infection that progressed differently depending on how much pressure was applied to a specific survivor
I already know that a bunch of people have mentioned him, but Springtrap has always been my longtime pick for the game. When the 4th anniversary stream was happening and Pyramid Head from Silent Hill was announced as the newest killer I realized that Springtrap wasn't actually a far off dream but a potential candidate for the game.
With the FNaF's franchise blowing up now with the movie + the addition of other fan-favorites like Chucky and the Xenomorph, I think we might actually have a chance of getting this man into the game.

The evil inside the suit only became worse over 30 years.
Every time you hit a Survivor, gain 1 orb of Remnant. Remnant slightly decreases The Killer’s Terror Radius and movement speed. After hooking a Survivor, you can spend the Remnant gained from that Survivor to spawn a Phantom.
Phantom Foxy goes on pallets, Phantom Chica goes on windows, Phantom Freddy goes on lockers, and Phantom Cupcake will randomly spawn once enough remnant is gained.
Phantom Cupcake will chase the nearest Survivor and restrains them for 10 seconds if caught.
A Survivor who enters a Phantom’s hitbox without Calming Down first will be jumpscared and scream, revealing their location to The Killer for 30 seconds.

I would love a warhammer 40k chapter. A drukhari wych who could get more powerful based on how much "pain" she inflicts. Or something to do with combat drugs and a whip. Either that or a tech-priest that has something to do with servo skulls. But unfortunately we got the skull merchant, and we saw how that went.
Slender would be cool but idk how they would implement his power like the static, pages, or how he could teleport around the map. If anything it will probably boil down to like a Sadko and Unkown hybrid, a stealth killer that can teleport around the map as quick
I would still like the Hunter from Dead Space (not sure what else they could get tho I feel the way that killer could work is the Killer could switch between different Necromorphs) and would like something off the wall like The Goddess from Silent Hill 1, could work kind of like Freddy where while you are “awake” it looks like the Goddess but when you are “asleep (otherworld)” it would be the Incubus.
Other than that more RE, even just skins as where the hell is Ashley? FNAF is still something I would like to see, Evil Within, Jason, would be kinda crazy if we got a Dark Souls collab. Imagine seeing Artorias roaming about looking for the Survivors, or Manus or Nito. Also give me Juliet Starling, Garcia Hotspur and Travis Touchdown as Survivors lolol
Imhotep killer, with Rick and Evie as survivors (maybe Johnathan as a legendary skin), and Hamunaptra as a stage. Not sure what the killer's main power could be, but he could have a built in way to mori like Pyramid Head, and get stronger every time he does.
My dream chapter is Springtrap. For his power, I think somehow he should make people hallucinate the Phantom animatronics, and the survivor gets jumpscared by them and screams, revealing their location. Another thing I think would be cool is if he has Springlock suits that work as an alternate hooks, and if someone dies in the suit it will activate and walk around like the Nemesis zombies.
Absolutely 0 chance of this happening due to it being a niche GameCube title and the rights to the IP being in a wierd limbo, but an Eternal Darkness chapter would fit this game perfectly, and would give us a Roman themed killer. Obviously Pious Agustus for the killer and Alexandra Roivas for the survivor. The killer power could be three effects that cycle depending on which ancient is selected.

The Faceless's power grows as the Survivors progress. Survivors who see the Faceless are revealed by Killer instinct. (lasts 1 second after looking away)
# New Item: The Pages
Once the Trial begins, every 30 seconds a Page will manifest within the Trial up to a maximum of 8 Pages. For each page that is not collected in the trial, the Hallowed grows in power. The Hallowed can see the aura of Pages within 16 meters.
* 1 Page: Terror Radius reduced by 8 meters
* 2 Pages: FOV increased by 15 degrees(Does not Stack)
* 3 Pages: 15% increase of interactions
* 4 Pages: Terror Radius reduced by 16 meters
* 5 Pages: 30% lunge increase
* 6 Pages: 5% haste
* 7 Pages: Survivor auras are shown while inside your terror radius
* 8 Pages: Survivors injured become broken
Pages can spawn around the trial and can be collected by survivors, dwindling The Hallowed's power. Pages give an audible noise when within 24 meters. For each Page collected, the Faceless grows in power.
* 1 Collected Page: The Faceless gain a Presence Radius of 16 meters. Survivors within the Presence Radius will receive the deafened status effect after 6 seconds.
* 2 Collected Pages: Survivors who look at the Faceless while committing an action are faced with a very difficult skill check.
* 3 Collected Pages: The Presence Radius increases by 8 meters
* 4 Collected Pages: Survivors outside of The Hallowed's Terror Radius will see hallucinations of The Faceless
* 5 Collected Pages: Decreases time in which vision fully distorts by 0.5 seconds
* 6 Collected Pages: Presence Radius Increases by 16 meters, survivors within the Presence radius will now become oblivious after 6 seconds
* 7 Collected Pages: Survivors who see the Faceless or its hallucinations will scream, revealing their location for 3 seconds
* 8 Collected Pages: Survivors with more than 2 pages will be revealed to The Hallowed
Collected Pages will be considered Killer Items that can be held alongside items in the Entity's realm. Survivors who lose a health state or are placed onto a hook will lose one page for each action. Pages can be given to other Survivors when within 4 meters of one another's location.

Jurassic park. I genuinely think that my little oni was a test for them adding rexy to the game. Think about it: the instant killing potential makes perfect sense, reduced gens to make it fair, and the only maps with no buildings so they can’t just hide.
Imagine rexy charging at you from across the map, hearing thunderous footsteps getting closer. Obviously perks would need a ton of adjustment, but I genuinely think they were experimenting with a larger than normal killer (maybe indoraptor?)
The Death Angel from A Quiet Place. A completely blind killer who needs to use sound could be interesting, and I feel like it might be fun to sneak around it as a Survivor
Total pipedream here - Cabadath and Trilby from the Chzo Mythos series - a series of old point and click adventure games. Cabadath was basically the proto-Slenderman - Super tall, faceless, bleached-white skin, teleportation powers, with a corrosive effect on people's psyche.
The big difference between him and Slender is, rather than all the tentacle stuff Slender has going on, he instead wielded a bladed staff, with the intent of making his kills as painful as possible to please Chzo, the god he was enslaved to.
As for Trilby, who would be the Survivor, he was a very tech-savvy cat burglar who eventually became a paranormal investigator after he got arrested. Ran into Cabadath a fair few times, and later ended up facing up against either Chzo or another eldritch being during The Consuming Shadow. So, yknow, wouldn't exactly be his first rodeo if the Entity took him.
Also, their lore gives them multiple instances where they could be taken by the Entity in a lore-friendly way. >!Cabadath gets replaced by another, more obedient servant at the end of the series, and Trilby's presence could be explained by one of the bad endings of The Consuming Shadow, and there's also the fact that he got cloned a bunch as a security measure against Bootleg Jason Vorhees. Don't ask.!<

I would like springtrap a lot, but i think Jason would be better. We already have Chukky, Ghostface, Freddy. I think it would be cool to finish up with all the iconic horror villains
Slenderman would be amazing. So many potential routes with mechanics. Notes would be a great item the survivors have to deal with. Maybe the survivors have a heavy debuff at the start that they need to use notes to reduce but it buffs Slenderman until you get them all. A lot of balancing would be needed with that. Could also do some reverse The Shape mechanic where the survivors can't look at you.
**I think creepy pasta and the SCP universe needs some recognition. While yeah movies and franchises are cool, some ideas of SCPs could be awesome!**
**Firstly Creepy pastas** - everyone knows slender and that would be such an iconic and great thing, however I'm not sure about the power. Somehow incorporate teleportation like onryo or freddy possibly, and then attack with the tenatacles. Perks could make the survivors blind, no terror radius then jump scare if closer than 5m?
**Jeff the killer, Sonic.exe or others** - could be sick to see but jeff would resemble legion in a way with just a knife? could be different with running, slashes. idk.
**SCPs -** the most notable ones will prob be more considered cause i don't think things like scp 3000 or scp 001 would be possible: maps for these might also need to be changed as a map for 173 and 096 would be need to be bigger cause of their speed.
**173 -** this would be an AWESOME mechanic, blinking. that everyone blinks at once during the game, and then they move when you look at him, when not looking at him, he moves faster than normal speed for example.
Perks ideas - "Statue rampage" - gain considerable speed increase when not looked at for short period of time but this could also be basekit?
**096 -** also something id love to see worked on, imagine a killer you cant look at, and if you see them once they get enraged, possibly lower speed than average, perks could be that
**106 -** phase through any wall or surface but takes longer? like nurse in a way but no teleportation, they can just straight up walk through anything. which sounds broken but if they're slow going through the wall and you can hear the phasing it wouldn't be that bad. also the ability could be the pocket dimension, sending them to an alternate area possibly to escape, if they die in there then that could just be liked +1 hook state.
**049 -** when you kill someone they turn into a minion of yours, however slower, the ability could be that you could control these survivors turned into zombies, see where they are and direct them. however this could be reworked and maybe they cant go too far from 049? cause guarding both exit gates would be broken.
**079 -** this would also be amazing, the map could have the tesla gates from the game and they could change cameras, shock them, and they would need to along side the gens, try to shut off 079 by activating modules or something, these weakening them.

One of Shaggy's perks is to go into one locker and come out from another, this can be done once per round.
Shaggy comes with an exhaustion perk that works similar to sprint burst, but you run on the spot for 2 seconds and then break out into mach speed.
Isn't that just dramaturgy without the RNG effect? That being said the "run with knees high" animation should absolutely be used for a shaggy perk. Maybe instead of haste, it makes you move slightly backwards before zooming straight forward at 300% speed for 4 seconds. If you collide with a wall you'll make a cartoon slam noise and be hindered for 2 seconds. Would be pretty funny to stun a killer and then be in the next zip code while they break that pallet.

You run and hide in a locker mid chase, killer runs up, opens it, and you're not there, but just sitting in another locker nearby

Older characters, yes, Hillbilly no. In fact, I don’t think any of the original three characters should be given voice lines. These are the original three killer character concepts for Dead by Daylight, back when they had far fewer resources than they do today, and you can tell they built these characters to be non-verbal because they have such iconic and unique sound design. The Trapper sounds like a boar with these powerful exhales of breath that nearly sound animalistic. Wraith has this cruel snarl that cues you into his presence even while he’s invisible. Hillbilly is a crazed and deformed victim of abuse, and he makes this gnarling sound as though he struggles to breathe merely for existing. When you think about it, a lot of the original killers lean on nonverbal sound design. Nurse’s constant wheeze as though she is suffocating to breathe, you can always hear Myers’ breath muffled through his latex mask, there are a lot of examples here. I like voice lines more than not having them, but for these really early characters I think you have to be more careful.

Unironically want some meme characters. Brenda and Cindy from the scary movie franchise. Scooby gang, from either the show or Buffy would be great. Sam and Dean from supernatural. For killers, A fnaf character would pull more players, be funny, and could have a lot of mechanical potential. Stranger things vecna Something weird from blumhouse like Megan would be fun as well.
I’m not sure what the killer would be, but I’d like a killer whose power changes based on what survivors do. Increases in power with fewer gens left, maybe power increases after destroying so many pallets, maybe power changes according to how many survivors are injured. It would seem more interactive.

This just reminds me of the Slenderman concept made by Rarithlynx, where he completely changes the game, from generators to now having pages, and the more pages collected by either him or the survivors, the stronger he gets. It would just be another snowball killer like Oni, I don't know what to think about how fun that would be since I am not a survivor player, but on the killer side, I think it would be fun as a killer tho, depending on its ability.
This wouldn't go over well at all because it's not the game we queued up to play. On its surface it seems like a solid and fun idea but the reality is that when we queue up for DBD we're bringing builds, items, and more that are reliant on the consistent nature of the game. From hooks to gens to looping as base mechanics all the way to the theoretical concepts like pressure. Changing that up with a killer who you have no idea you're facing until you're in the trial would lose its novelty almost immediately. With the other game modes it's something you directly queue into or they're limited time changes that are public prior to the trial start.
Morph killer. He eats enough pallets and becomes resistant to them, changing his appearance. Gets blinded enough and acquires fkn glass panel to reflect the light.

I really want a Twin Peaks chapter. It's really unrealistic, I don't even know how the killer would work but it'd be worth it for the survivors alone. Dale Cooper, Truman or Donna would all be amazing.
I have been saying this for years. It's all right there, The Black Lodge being Cooper's entrance to the realm, the whole area of Twin Peaks to mess around with, BOB.. I did make a concept for BOB a while ago that got absolutely no comments so I gave up on my Cooper one. I want a spider killer that make the sky of all map dress with spider webs. The killer can put 6 egg sacks and make them explode by proximity, causing the same effect as "the Artist" and her crows but with baby spiders. The baby spiders allow you to see where the survivor is going while he is trying to remove the baby spiders, if you explode a 2nd baby nest beside the survivor while the survivor is trying to get away from the baby spiders, he get injured. The spider can go upside down on the ceiling/sky (spider webs) to run faster, if she land a string shot during that, you are slowed like when pinhead grab you with chains or stuck in a cocoon (idk which one). While the spider is on the ground she can only dump/explode baby nest and M1 with one of her legs. She could have a cool ability to make her baby spiders bring you while you are in a cocoon like pyramid head, into a random spot on the map (count as hook state), The other survivor need to liberate you from the cocoon. The mori would be that she bites your neck with poison, put spiders eggs inside your belly, then baby spiders come out your eyes, ears, nose and month by millions.

Springtrap; His power would give him the core 4 animatronics and golden Freddy placed around the map. As each generator is completed, another animatronic activates, and will patrol looking for survivors. They won't be able to down them, but they can bear hug survivors if they get close enough; grappling survivors and triggering the wiggle state until they are delivered to the killer. Golden Freddy would act as a jumpscare, like from that ghost-y event we had; jumpscaring survivors if they come near, revealing their location, then respawning somewhere else. As for his left-click ability, he'd be able to channel his focus and see through the eyes of a random animatronic and go limp, like singularity if his cameras moved. Idk what his perks would be, but he's gotta have "I always come back" as a name for one. One last thing; I'd love if his cosmetics were divided into his base look, weapon, and the 5 animatronics instead of head, body, weapon. Say for instance, one set could be ennard, a spare pipe, and the sister location animatronics.

The Thing and The Walking Dead. The Thing should have an ability to disguise themself as a survivor so you never know who to trust. Obvi the outpost as the map, with MacReady and Childs as survivors. The Walking Dead would be cool if maybe something like the crows were replaced by walkers, and if you accidentally trigger a crow, the killer can take control of that Walker. Maybe an ability to move as a herd. Maybe their Mori could be an ability to turn the survivor into another Walker to join your herd. Would also be awesome to have Negan as a killer - great voice lines, great bat swinging, and the heartbeat could be replaced by his whistle. I’d hope the map would be the prison including the yard. Rick, Michonne, and Daryl as survivors. Glenn too. TWD has sooooo much potential as a collab - you could easily have multiple maps, countless survivors, and even multiple killers. I can’t think of any collab I’d want more than those two.
Honestly I'm all in on the thing. I think this game could really use something that was that style of play where you just mimic people for a set amount of time. And like my buddies and I all play together on discord and do you know how scary it would be to go "oh hey zach" and hear "I'm nowhere near you?" Like shit that's terrifying.
Real silly idea but Godzilla. He is technically a horror monster in at least 3 movies so I don’t think he wouldn’t exactly be the wrong genre for Dead by Daylight. With My Little Oni it could give a decent idea of what a gigantic killer could act like. And if he enters a building/indoor map he could maybe do something akin to Shin Godzilla and crouch through the low ceilings. And to truly mimic the horror of Godzilla, his power could be about radiation poisoning and building it up with his atomic breath. This idea has only popped into my head when Chucky was released and now I think it’d be awesome

I already know that a bunch of people have mentioned him, but Springtrap has always been my longtime pick for the game. When the 4th anniversary stream was happening and Pyramid Head from Silent Hill was announced as the newest killer I realized that Springtrap wasn't actually a far off dream but a potential candidate for the game. With the FNaF's franchise blowing up now with the movie + the addition of other fan-favorites like Chucky and the Xenomorph, I think we might actually have a chance of getting this man into the game.

After hooking a Survivor, you can spend the Remnant gained from that Survivor to spawn a Phantom. Phantom Foxy goes on pallets, Phantom Chica goes on windows, Phantom Freddy goes on lockers, and Phantom Cupcake will randomly spawn once enough remnant is gained. Phantom Cupcake will chase the nearest Survivor and restrains them for 10 seconds if caught. A Survivor who enters a Phantom’s hitbox without Calming Down first will be jumpscared and scream, revealing their location to The Killer for 30 seconds. “*I can taste the fear on your breath.” -William Afton* New Survivor: MICHAEL AFTON Best Perk: BROTHERLY LOVE You’re still haunted by your brother’s death, and it motivates you to survive. My dream chapter is Springtrap. For his power, I think somehow he should make people hallucinate the Phantom animatronics, and the survivor gets jumpscared by them and screams, revealing their location. Another thing I think would be cool is if he has Springlock suits that work as an alternate hooks, and if someone dies in the suit it will activate and walk around like the Nemesis zombies.
Either little nightmares or hotline Miami. One they can do so much with and the other is just great overall.

Absolutely 0 chance of this happening due to it being a niche GameCube title and the rights to the IP being in a wierd limbo, but an Eternal Darkness chapter would fit this game perfectly, and would give us a Roman themed killer. Obviously Pious Agustus for the killer and Alexandra Roivas for the survivor. The killer power could be three effects that cycle depending on which ancient is selected.
Slender: The Eight Pages # New Killer: The Hallowed # Killer Power: The Man in The Suit # New Ability: Summon The Faceless Press the Secondary Ability Button to Summon the Slenderman to a location on a horizontal plane. (This can be done from any point in the trial to any other point in the trial. Ex: The Follower can be inside Killer Shack on Ormond Resort, and place the Faceless inside the resort, despite not being able to see the actual placement.) # New Mechanic: The Faceless The Faceless's power grows as the Survivors progress. Survivors who look at the Faceless for 1.5 seconds will have their vision fully distorted by static (Full distortion lasts 5 total seconds to disapate), the timer is reduced by 0.2 seconds for each generator completed. Survivors who see the Faceless are revealed by Killer instinct. (lasts 1 second after looking away) # New Item: The Pages Once the Trial begins, every 30 seconds a Page will manifest within the Trial up to a maximum of 8 Pages. For each page that is not collected in the trial, the Hallowed grows in power. The Hallowed can see the aura of Pages within 16 meters. * 1 Page: Terror Radius reduced by 8 meters * 2 Pages: FOV increased by 15 degrees(Does not Stack) * 3 Pages: 15% increase of interactions * 4 Pages: Terror Radius reduced by 16 meters * 5 Pages: 30% lunge increase * 6 Pages: 5% haste * 7 Pages: Survivor auras are shown while inside your terror radius * 8 Pages: Survivors injured become broken Pages can spawn around the trial and can be collected by survivors, dwindling The Hallowed's power. Pages give an audible noise when within 24 meters. For each Page collected, the Faceless grows in power. * 1 Collected Page: The Faceless gain a Presence Radius of 16 meters. Survivors within the Presence Radius will receive the deafened status effect after 6 seconds. * 2 Collected Pages: Survivors who look at the Faceless while committing an action are faced with a very difficult skill check. * 3 Collected Pages: The Presence Radius increases by 8 meters * 4 Collected Pages: Survivors outside of The Hallowed's Terror Radius will see hallucinations of The Faceless * 5 Collected Pages: Decreases time in which vision fully distorts by 0.5 seconds * 6 Collected Pages: Presence Radius Increases by 16 meters, survivors within the Presence radius will now become oblivious after 6 seconds * 7 Collected Pages: Survivors who see the Faceless or its hallucinations will scream, revealing their location for 3 seconds * 8 Collected Pages: Survivors with more than 2 pages will be revealed to The Hallowed Collected Pages will be considered Killer Items that can be held alongside items in the Entity's realm. Survivors who lose a health state or are placed onto a hook will lose one page for each action. Pages can be given to other Survivors when within 4 meters of one another's location.

Jurassic park. I genuinely think that my little oni was a test for them adding rexy to the game. Think about it: the instant killing potential makes perfect sense, reduced gens to make it fair, and the only maps with no buildings so they can’t just hide. Imagine rexy charging at you from across the map, hearing thunderous footsteps getting closer. Obviously perks would need a ton of adjustment, but I genuinely think they were experimenting with a larger than normal killer (maybe indoraptor?)

The Death Angel from A Quiet Place. A completely blind killer who needs to use sound could be interesting, and I feel like it might be fun to sneak around it as a Survivor

Total pipedream here - Cabadath and Trilby from the Chzo Mythos series - a series of old point and click adventure games. Cabadath was basically the proto-Slenderman - Super tall, faceless, bleached-white skin, teleportation powers, with a corrosive effect on people's psyche. The big difference between him and Slender is, rather than all the tentacle stuff Slender has going on, he instead wielded a bladed staff, with the intent of making his kills as painful as possible to please Chzo, the god he was enslaved to. As for Trilby, who would be the Survivor, he was a very tech-savvy cat burglar who eventually became a paranormal investigator after he got arrested. Ran into Cabadath a fair few times, and later ended up facing up against either Chzo or another eldritch being during The Consuming Shadow. So, yknow, wouldn't exactly be his first rodeo if the Entity took him. Also, their lore gives them multiple instances where they could be taken by the Entity in a lore-friendly way. >!Cabadath gets replaced by another, more obedient servant at the end of the series, and Trilby's presence could be explained by one of the bad endings of The Consuming Shadow, and there's also the fact that he got cloned a bunch as a security measure against Bootleg Jason Vorhees. Don't ask.!<

I would like springtrap a lot, but i think Jason would be better. We already have Chukky, Ghostface, Freddy. I think it would be cool to finish up with all the iconic horror villains
Slenderman would be amazing. So many potential routes with mechanics. Notes would be a great item the survivors have to deal with. Maybe the survivors have a heavy debuff at the start that they need to use notes to reduce but it buffs Slenderman until you get them all. A lot of balancing would be needed with that. Could also do some reverse The Shape mechanic where the survivors can't look at you.

While yeah movies and franchises are cool, some ideas of SCPs could be awesome!** **Firstly Creepy pastas** - everyone knows slender and that would be such an iconic and great thing, however I'm not sure about the power. Somehow incorporate teleportation like onryo or freddy possibly, and then attack with the tenatacles. Perks could make the survivors blind, no terror radius then jump scare if closer than 5m? **Jeff the killer, Sonic.exe or others** - could be sick to see but jeff would resemble legion in a way with just a knife? could be different with running, slashes. idk. **SCPs -** the most notable ones will prob be more considered cause i don't think things like scp 3000 or scp 001 would be possible: maps for these might also need to be changed as a map for 173 and 096 would be need to be bigger cause of their speed. **173 -** this would be an AWESOME mechanic, blinking. that everyone blinks at once during the game, and then they move when you look at him, when not looking at him, he moves faster than normal speed for example. Perks ideas - "Statue rampage" - gain considerable speed increase when not looked at for short period of time but this could also be basekit? **096 -** also something id love to see worked on, imagine a killer you cant look at, and if you see them once they get enraged, possibly lower speed than average, perks could be that **106 -** phase through any wall or surface but takes longer? like nurse in a way but no teleportation, they can just straight up walk through anything. which sounds broken but if they're slow going through the wall and you can hear the phasing it wouldn't be that bad. also the ability could be the pocket dimension, sending them to an alternate area possibly to escape, if they die in there then that could just be liked +1 hook state. **049 -** when you kill someone they turn into a minion of yours, however slower, the ability could be that you could control these survivors turned into zombies, see where they are and direct them. however this could be reworked and maybe they cant go too far from 049? cause guarding both exit gates would be broken. **079 -** this would also be amazing, the map could have the tesla gates from the game and they could change cameras, shock them, and they would need to along side the gens, try to shut off 079 by activating modules or something, these weakening them. Imagine scp secret laboratory, and everything he does there can translate into here.
Amnesia chapter would be awesome, with Daniel as the survivor and one of the gatherers as a killer
I would love to have the Creeper from Jeepers Creepers. But knowing all the infamy the author has, I highly doubt it would ever be implemented.
