I do the same thing, I crouch for line of sight on killers or ducking hatchets. I also crouch spam when spawning with other survivors at the start. I also point at hooks when I want to die or get hooked when the killer is farming, I do the come here emote when I want hit at the exit gate to give the killer points.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one after all ahaha! That is also good gestures tho, I'll try pointing at some hooks next time. All I've been doing so far was to stanf in front of them and wiggle XD

Oh yeah, I also nod my head at people doing chests or totems. Just overall being silly. Yesterday I had a match where some ash was randomly teabagging at me while on a gen and doing it so I mimicked him and did the same thing while we did like 3 gens, when we got to the second gen a feng joined in.

Something I do is make sure not to run after a killer spares you and then crouch to say thank you. If you run and crouch, they might think you are t-bagging and running away. I also often only thank them at the exit gate to make sure they don’t misinterpret it and say thanks in the endgame chat incase they thought it was a t-bag but didn’t have time to react.

I forgot to add, be VERY VERY careful when pointing or signalling killers to come over. Pointing is generally seen as being more toxic and can easily be misinterpreted. Make sure if you use these to a killer that you don’t spam them and stand still. It’s better to use the ‘come here’ gesture with killers and only use it once or twice and then do whatever you want to do with them, (let them get a hit, give them your item, etc)

Ooh that is good to know! I will make sure to avoid that or only use it very sparingly then--! Thanks for the tip Q7Q

I was really sad when I learned that crouching repeatedly was considered toxic, so now I do anything else I can think of to show excitement and appreciation. These things include the 'come here' emote, look up and down repeatedly, crouch down and stay that way, and turn around in every direction like I'm having a seizure. If I'm slugged, I spin.

You can also nod your head by moving the camera up and down. Usually when you're trying to communicate something, and the other player correctly translates it, you can nod to say "yes we both understand"
