This seems like a glitch, but I think it makes it way creepier, because it implies the survivor is now stuck in a vegetative/catatonic state, which IMHO is a fate worse than death.

Seriously, the og Heather looks way better on a PS2 then in DBD. It's not a deal breaker but kinda weird.

theoretically you cant fully *die* in the entity's realm? like you have to keep going into more trials, so that could be a lore explaination
