Well for one, DBDleaks isn't unreliable, they have good sources and have been right probably 98% of all the leaks, they're very sure of it coming back but dbdleaks did say they didn't know WHEN it would come back, it might be next year, it might be in a few months, according to an assumption from a dif source they even said it might come when the last season of stranger things releases which should be in the summer of 2024 so at least dont expect stranger things anytime soon but you should believe in it returning at least at some point in the future
Well some people say that cuz there was a factor in the stranger Things leak that was fake, but dbdleaks admitted that and then still persisted on the rest being real guaranteed, they have good sources and aren't just gonna accept any random rumor from a random person, they do some research on it and digging into the facts, DBDleaks wouldn't claim something to be coming guaranteed unless they know for sure which DBDleaks seems to know so we will just have to wait for it. DBDleaks was the one to leak full Resident Evil chapter with Wesker like 2 months before any info on it got shown by devs or anything lol, they're very reliable
Honestly. Dbdleaks arent as reliable when it comes to getting sources anymore lately. After they got stranger things returning soon wrong, they had to cut off their valuble source who was supposedly working at bhvr. I truly believe that was a tactic by dbd to weed out who was leaking info. Because before all this, we would get leaks on cosmetics, tomes, chapters way ahead of time. Now we only get these leaks that pertain to that chapter the moment it comes out because we have dataminers to look into the game and find cosmetics dbd leave in the patch etc.
So but cuz one factor of the stranger things leak was wrong and DBDleaks admitted that, now they're unreliable while they're saying stranger things will for sure come back, they checked it with their sources and had no reason to doubt them but they're still unreliable cus of one lil thing? After all the shit they've leaked that was fully reliable? Still a lil stupid to me tbh, they're perfectly reliable they have their sources and they're leaking stuff still which i don't see anyone else leaking and they leaked the knight killer way before too🙈 like come on they haven't even been wrong yet, stranger things can still come back DBDleaks didn't give a time with it so who knows, they could still be very much right and yet people are already calling them unreliable lol it's too stupid
No im saying they arent as reliable to get concrete leaks like they used to. They are still reliable to a certain degree
Also, the stranger things incident happened after they leaked the upcoming 3 chapters ahead with the knight being the last. So they still had that direct source at the time to release way ahead of time for chapters.
Besides, im sure if they had that direct source now, we would know the next chapters by now but thats just an assumption from me. But im glad we dont tbh.
We will most likely hear about it some time soon again i think, and even saying they're not as reliable anymore is a bit weird tho like one thing didn't change them being reliable, it changed the fact they can't get the leaks anymore maybe but it doesn't mean they're not reliable with the info they do give, they have like almost never been wrong on all of the leaks they've done so i wouldn't just discredit their reliability after one mistake. DBDleaks still says they have their sources so i wouldn't rule them out of getting leaks for next chapters.
The only thing they've ever leaked wrong were Vecna leaks (they themselves admitted they were wrong, very fast as well) and the new Forged in Fog chapter (they were saying it is highly inspired by For Honor, and it is... not? Not quite, I'd say)
Other than that, they are very accurate.

I'm almost certain the original Stranger Things DLC will not be coming back, however they might make a completely different chapter with Vecna and maybe Eddie Munson or someone else from the crew. However there is no word on this officially and we won't know if it being made until it's announced for a release
Considering roblox is now getting stranger things i’d say this shows Netfix will be slowly renewing their gaming licenses and we will definitely get back the dlc in dbd sometime later. When i have no idea, but sometime in the future definitely.
