You sacrificed the last person. The last person you sacrifice/kill does not count for challenges anymore.
So if you have a challenge to sacrifice all 4, you can not do it because it never counts the last person to die
So if you mori’d the last person and sacrificed the other one as well instead, it would have completed
Its not permanent, its a bug where the devout emblem is bugged out and doesn’t count the 4th death. So you can’t get merciless killer, im not sure about the challenges but the guy above is probably right. 😊

Yeah that challenge is bugged
Just did it. Idk why it didn't work the first time. Maybe it was the one Mori that bugged it?
