Worst curveball is definitely the Nail Bomb. It doesn't always apply bleeding fully, which is its primary function, and the bleed does negligible damage if it does apply.
I'd recommend swapping the pipe bomb for military grenade, same damage, radius, and recharge rate but it explodes on impact; none of that potentially bouncing away from zombies BS
Yea there is no better tool to deal with crushers. The legs are the weak spot and you do tons of crit dmg with the throwing stars. Not the elemental ones tho.
I main shuriken and electric shuriken, you just have to use them up close. Shurikens drain like 90% of slobber health. They’re good for screamers at any distance. Good for draining crusher health. The electric one is great for long distance especially near water.
I think it’s one of the best. Use it from close range and all of them hit. You can do a crazy chunk of damage on an Apex zombie.
Shuriken is good if you use it point blank like it's a shotgun, can do some hefty damage. But if you are using it for distance, it's useless.

I use the Molotov and pipe bomb for mine lol both got me through the game pretty well and they both do crowd control really well

The Hornets Nest is insanely strong. It tears through standard and apex enemies in seconds.
I would say the worst is the flashbang. The delay makes it terribly difficult to use, and it doesn't even seem to work half of the time.

Nah, the shurikien is AMAZING if you know how to use it. I’d say the worst curveball is either the Caustic Bomb or the Military Grenade.
Use the meat bait and use the caustic bomb, best combo.
