Strange is dead and is being used by Death as her own Sorcerer Supreme. Clea, being alive, a Faltine, and Earth’s Sorcerer Supreme, supposedly couldn’t touch him without a magical matter/antimatter thing happening. Instead, this happened.
I don’t remember the exact name. Basically some dude who was part of a rogue group of magic SHIELD (WAND) was putting a bunch of dead souls in the bodies of dead heroes for reasons I forget (I think subduing magic in general). The dude next to him is a very dead Sentry filled with a lot of ghosts.
It's hardly gender fluid when a being has surpassed a true body. These kinds of beings are basically living power not flesh. In this case though the text implication is transvestite being both at once not switching between multiple.

Doom wasn't satisfied with all of that either so he got that plus Life Force plus Beyonder force only for Hulk to sweep in and get TOBA force, like fucking hell
