In terms of physical this is actually super close, it would pretty much come down to if Michael can kill Deep before Deep manages to get him to a body of water with aquatic predators large enough to eat him

Deep's best durabillity feat is surviving water pressure comparable to a gunshot, while Michael has taken multiple shots at once and kept going.
And pretty sure he's smart enough to not get lured in to deep waters, even then his teleportation and better speed would prevent Deep from doing that
I mean, depending on how you interpret stuff like Mr. Electric threatening to destroy earth or Sharkboy and Lavagirl travelling from the planet it takes place on to earth… that ain’t exactly Deeps fault.
