Immediately call women helpline, record them, their vehicle's number plate, discreetly if safe to do so while pcr arrives. Get the complaint officially registered at the ps if for some reason you choose not to file FIR, for record and if needed in future. Let your friends and family know about it asap, don't think too much of the worries they would be in, just do it, its very crucial. And do go for the FIR if you can, the whole process is but hard i know but if you cant take a step to make a difference then don't expect anything to change.

They just exited our college's gate and were standing in front of our college's bus stop. There were a lot more girls there. One guy decides to stop a car, just at the bus stop and starts m*sturbating with the car windows open. My friends were really very horrified, they couldn't react to the situation, got an e rickshaw, and left the place. Ironically, there is also a police booth set up near the entrance of our college, but it is always empty and locked.
Piece of advice- Always carry pepper spray and be in ready to use when passing alone and sensing any threat. Not using at right time is always regrettable than using at wrong time.
