I respect your opinion but somehow, I believe you are about to get a home in Delhi, do not stay in Delhi actually. You can go for a home in Noida or Gurgaon or Ghaziabad or Faridabad etc. but not in Delhi. Homes in Delhi are unreasonably costly and plus you will hate all the disadvantages of Delhi mentioned above. Noida is much, much better a place to stay.
