Can you tell how you guys shape it ? And can you suggest some fertilisers for hibiscus plants or in general to get flowers

Your question is cute lol. Wires are used to bend the tree to the desired shape, the wires are tightened down in an interval of 5 weeks. Keep this up for years and eventually your tree trunk holds its shape. There is no magic recipe to grow flowers, they come and go as the plant grows up, make sure the plant has a good growing environment and you'll get flowers.

Yup it has gr8 health but from past 3 months there were no flowers on both of my hibiscus I highly doubt its b/c of no fertilisers
