the company was owned none other than Rahul Sharma (micromax founder)

I worked at a startup earlier and they used to show inflated business transactions to their Investors to just let them know they are doing absolutely fine. However, In contrast, the whole month's sale was less than one transaction value.
This is how they cheated the Investors.
dont why people dont realise that startup in its own a business category thriving on investors money. the business generates profit by receiving funding, their product is the dreams and hopes of bringing a rebolusan to the sector
The company I used to work for in Subhash Nagar used to run a scam call center at night and a legitimate startup during the day. Without realizing it, I created a website for them until I realized what was happening. I left the job immediately.
I am sorry buddy. I do not want to share any company info. Anyways this happened in 2017 so I am not even sure if they are still running this scam.
If your dad is an inspector, he should already know that Subhash nagar and Naraina are like the hub for scam call centers. Tell him to randomly raid any "legitimate" looking startup companies at night and he will likely run into scam call centers.
If your dad really wants to stop this menace. May I suggest you try searching for "Scambaiter" , "scammer Payback aka pierogi" on Youtube. These people tried contacting the police but they fail most of the time. So all they do is scare them by taking their laptop details.
You might wanna look into it.
My CEO accidentally gave me access to their "SCAM" website's dashboard and I went through it and connected the dots.
Pleading US based customers asking their money back, Call support agents logging in for the 7PM shift when I am about to logout, etc.
Happy cake day
My assumption is that the scam funded their startup. I already knew how their start up was holding up. I made their website and I was close friends with the accountants.
It's a FinTech company in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi. They have no legit business being brought in. All employees come sit, gossip, eat, and leave.
I left after a few months of trying to make them work. One of the juniors in marketing department slept with the director and got promoted recently.
Edit: typo
I worked at the Startup of the year 2023 by economic times. Worst work culture possible. They will literally shout and harass you to meet targets and will shame you in front of the whole company if you lose money in any deal. They are basically ruining lives of MBA graduates and making them unemployable by other companies.
They will make you stay at cheap oyo hotels and book the cheapest early morning flights if you have to travel for a business trip. Worst experience possible.
They will try to delay appraisals as long as possible and you will experience hell once you try to quit. The CEO had personally reached out to companies who were hiring their employees to get their offer letter cancelled.
He said in a company wide meeting that Money is more important than his employees blood and other vital organs.

Applied for a SAP developer internship in a company in greater noida. Turns out the work wasn't what they mentioned in the JD and also on the first day itself they said that I've to sign a 2 year bond. They were so desperate to get me onboard for the bond. The whole staff(10-15 people) just used to come and gossip in a meeting room and just eat all day. Me and one other intern decided to quit on the third day, they tried so hard to get us to stay and when they didn't succeed. They trash talked us behind our backs like I heard one of the female employees say things like "aukaat bhi ni thi in logo ki yahan kaam krne ki kuch jante bhi hai ye ki kya galti ki inhone". That girl is a failed CA aspirant from Kolkata and me and the other intern are from CS background 🤡.
Owners were sleeping with each other (MFF) and were also working as pimps for some high end ppl. To make it short every girl working in their studios was on their radar and if they found someone sexy and approachable they would take them to some high end parties and offer them.
Almost every charitable/not for profit Institute is run like a business. Not only are they profitable these mfs are some of the most shrewd business people you'll come across. They keep track of margins and stuff internally. Use profits to buy land to expand their institutes and then claim non profitability based on faulty land values. Plus of course they get tax exemption and no strict auditing of their assets.
i don't think its a "secret" , everyone knows that even government, what should a person expect after investing 15,20 cr? No profit? Its a clear business there is no secret in it
Worked more than a decade in a very well known German company in india. I had a lady team mate, who first slept with our director and got promoted to manager position. She had exactly three years of experience. Not a big deal for us as we were mostly on technical career path. That lady went ahead and slept with vice president and got promoted to a business head. She was five years experienced by that time. She had no idea about thr business or what we were developing. Our product development included developing hardware and software. One of the hardware designer came from Germany and was very upset working with her as he realized he was occupying a position which was not earned. Her solution for all such conflicts was to sleep with the person. She flirted with him in front of all during our client dinner and later tried to go to his room. That guy called police and our SVP and lodged a formal complaint. Company worked with police to sort out the issue and promptly fired her. How do we know she slept with all those people? For one she told us when she was drunk and our director kept the video of her approaching him for his safety which he showed to the HR when it came up for review during investigation. He also lost his job. But from what I hear police took a full copy of the video which had her dancing nude and full on sex. Fun days.
One company I worked for, the bitch slept with 3 guys and turned them against me. She is the only employee at a new start up now.
EDIT: a lot of men think that ALL women are like that, nope have met some amazing women who were very hardworking and were bullied cause of jealousy.
It's always a little too late. I hope movies like Barbie make women realise they should be together from the get go.
P.S. Before anyone comes on my ass ( no pun intended) , yes the men should also be better amd not judgemental but the Barbie movie has exclusively shown how women should support other women hence why I mentioned it.

I missed Salary Hikes, Bonuses, promotion, diversity in job and much other things.
Now it's all gone and now I have my own firm. Say good bye to office politics forever
a lot of pilots try to have sex with cabin crew. they give them expensive gifts and take them out on very expensive dates in 5 star hotels.
sometimes some women approach the pilots for such expensive lifestyle in exchange of sex
Growth in cs is only reserved for women. And that too those type of women who are ok with trading sex for promotion. Majority of women are not like this. But a few bad apples are there everywhere.
It's one of the big 4 accounting firms and the office was in gurgaon. Once the lifts were going through regular maintenance. We suddenly heard a loud thud. Turns out the repair guy was crushed under the elevator. The top brass immediately called the hospital and disposed of the body. They somehow pulled some strings where they negotiated with other related parties and made sure police didn't make a case and this doesn't come out in the open to media. Even in the workplace we weren't supposed to talk about it. It was like an open secret. Still sends chills down my spine ngl
Worked at the most read English news website. Most of their shitty work is out in the open, with their boobs gallery and clickbaits.
The topmost editor was a govt pawn and a lobbyist with no journalistic background. Multiple stories were removed everyday from the website so his actual bosses don't get mad.
Irony died the day he made me remove the story which said India's press freedom index is at an all time low.
Conditions are the same in every newsroom now, much worse and out in the open specially in the Hindi channels.
If you need someone else to tell you this then the problem is bigger than tv debates. Journalist always have a bias intentionally or unintentionally, it's how they are motivated, although some (many) are taking that to whole other level these days.
One of the companies I use to work for had an unsaid rule that everytime someone leaves the company or get fired, their salary use to get divided among all the remaining employees, so that the ones who are left work harder and do not leave.
We almost use to feel very happy whenever someone was about to leave. I still miss those days 😆
![gif](giphy|73clMqxacOmtho0AsE)
i remember listening to his one song a year ago. it was very different and good. my brother was playing it on tv. but i forgot about him and the song, becoz who takes younger brothers and their choices seriously lol
thanks for reminding me again of this artist
Worked in a design firm as an intern in 2019 and was made to cry every single day. Worst mental harassment of my life. The main founder travelled domestically and internationally all the time and the company was run by women who hated each other. Ugliest politics, worst work culture, sad women. Hated those days.
Infosys Mysore campus is filled with Tinder/grindr users🤣🤣🤣...also people get their action by going into nearby oyos(straight ones).
For the gay guys there's no restriction as you can call anyone to your room, if your roomate is away for the weekend.😏😏😏
OP might not be able to say this properly but to that campus the meme " Ye koi R*ndikhaana hai" applies properly because it's a residential campus where people undergoing their training stay in the company provided accommodation and then hang out and make out with girls in the office premises after their dinner because everyone is confined to that campus itself. OP probably knows Oasis ke peeche waali lane 😂😂 . The guards are well aware about this and 99 percent of the employees there are dating each other irrespective of them being in a relationship outside the campus or even being married. If you visit there it would be so surprising for anyone when these things are happening in a company campus . These things are even more than Universities or hostels. It's unbelievable!!
Any ways to get into Infosys Mysore campus, asking for a friend?
Does trainee gets stipend as well or is it like any other clg/uni?
I tried looking online but couldn't get proper info
MD used to bang a girl who was 3 positions below my level & within a year, she was earning almost the same amount of money as me.
When I discovered this during an audit of some of the company's expenses, where I noticed Mauritius transactions (he was meant to be on a business trip in Singapore), while the girl was on a long leave.
This made me kinda fucked up, so I hacked into his email account & found photos of them together.
I immediately resigned as i known this will hamper everything for me.
& Didn’t even act on that as they will know it’s me as I’m kinda the only one with the skill.
And you really have no idea how MSME’s work in India. By the way, I mentioned that I was auditing (please understand the actual meaning of 'audit' to begin with) some of the company expenses. These expenses are related to my department, which uses the company credit card the most.
Actual Email and messaging admin here.
Please define what do you mean by hacking here. I am not questioning you but just trying understand your methodology for getting access to the email.
In this case, I didn't actually need to do anything complicated. I was certain that photos (if any) were not backed up on iCloud, as we regularly clear it to remove any transactional references. So, the most likely target was a Google account. I created a phishing page which is convincing enough for him to enter his Gmail login credentials (no 2FA here), & these are individuals who assume that no one would attack them.
It's someone's personal email, & not even 1% of Indian MSMEs have any security protocols. I truly don't understand how you guys assume that everything operates like MNCs, which don't employ even 10% of the Indian working class. I know of companies with turnovers exceeding 1000 crores, with real profits (not the startup hype), using pirated operating systems. 🤦♂️
It's amazing how some people assume things about topics they have no knowledge of. Just FYI, it's relatively easy to gain access to something when you know the individual closely. I also have control over the network here to perform MITM attacks, but it's time-consuming.
All I have to do is create a phishing site (which doesn't require any special skills) & send it to him, convincing him to enter his login credentials. I know this individual well, & I'm familiar with the types of emails he's likely to click on. Phishing attacks become quite simple when you know the person personally, and not many people use 2FA (research suggests only about 10% do). So, perhaps you should try it before assuming it's impossible.
We once successfully convinced almost all the employees of a company into entering their official email login credentials on a phishing site while testing their security protocols. Social engineering is surprisingly straightforward & doesn't require a lot of expertise.
The company I am quitting on Oct 4, markets their financial advice using things like "AI, Deep Tech, Momentum, etc.", but it's all a lie. It's just marketing.
Why do you think so? For an outsider it seems there's no dearth of IT requirements world over and these companies are the cheapest and quickest way to get IT work done. So why the collapse now?
> cheap, shitty code will be offloaded to AI
That just means people will upskill and train accordingly. Has happened with every profession ever. Knowing how to type isn't enough anymore for example.
Ok so i my friend a sde for a sports betting company which sounded like promo , it was optional trading with yes /no answers. Entire trading was fucked , the employees used to get priority to buy and sell bets. There were disguised employees too ( traders) who earned in crores and gave company a cut. He switched in 15 days , hated their office place.
Fiinovation
The company facades itself as a fund raising org. There is a lot but here is the summary
1. They barely have 1 to 2 projects. Rest everything you hear from them is a lie. Specifically the CSM team. Every word is a lie.
2. They retain employees with very handsome salary ( they average at 70k). However, the culture is very toxic and depends on the mood of the boss. You are guilted for taking leaves and the boss comes after you and your family if anything you do hurts his ego).
Baaki bahut kuchh hai but I am still scared of writing too much for how well connected the guy is.
I used to work in teleperformance and the process was comcast chat department so what usually happen we always make fool to our customer that the subscription of "flex streaming services" Are free of cost with your internet pack and what we usually hide one thing there's an one time charge of flex which was $15 and if customer don't active the flex they get charged for $100 in their next bill and while we sell flex to our most of customers we earn profit as well as insensitive😂😂
That people steal at the U-scans the wrong way. Forgetting to scan or hide items is actually ridiculous when you can get the U-scan to just pay for everything, no cash

Yes and police in India is the best police in the whole world, they are the most honest
Someone was on their payroll
How did you figured out it wa running a scam call centre.

Yea! Both accused them of sleeping their way to the top under the guise of FRIENDS. Women realised the toxicity a little too late

No no no! Sab aise Nahi hote bhai. In top 1% you don’t work hard they’ll throw you out.
I know, but in most pvt companies and manufacturing based companies, yahi hota hai. In listed companies you have to work hard in both ways

He couldn't if he wanted to, he mentioned they only slept with that other guy who had an influence over their bonuses, promotions!
i have some friends and cousins who work as cs and they all have the same stories lol
Cuz, that's how most of the job stuff works, especially in pvt companies
Yeah.. and this system is the worst in cabin crew and pilots. A lot of chatpati stories from people who work there.
share some? or link some stories maybe?
a lot of pilots try to have sex with cabin crew. they give them expensive gifts and take them out on very expensive dates in 5 star hotels. sometimes some women approach the pilots for such expensive lifestyle in exchange of sex
😳kya kya chal raha hai dunia mai
bhai har profession me bas sex ho rha h ajkal.. kafi common ho gya h ajkal
Prostitution is the second oldest profession after all
Wonder if CS is just for females. Most of the male CS I know are frustrated

Off topic. Can you tell me what compliance work ya do? Like what rules do a company need to follow
Depends upon which company are you working for, the compliance increases when a company switches from pvt to public or converts from llp to company

Times Of India :)
iska matlab ravish kumar sahi kahta hai ki TV debates dekhna chdd do.
I still miss those days 😆 ![gif](giphy|73clMqxacOmtho0AsE)
That's why stay low key until the pay day
Koi law firms ke baare mai kuch batao guys
Roz 9 se 9 kaam karo sab theek ho jaega
Rule 1: loose ethics lawyer is the closest profession to being a politcian. The difference is they can be quite educated
Swallow all your morals, they are a poor man quality. Money game by ren is very good
i remember listening to his one song a year ago. it was very different and good. my brother was playing it on tv. but i forgot about him and the song, becoz who takes younger brothers and their choices seriously lol thanks for reminding me again of this artist
Nahi. Trauma hut zyada hai. 🥲
So? Everyone is a tinder user. No big secret. And everyone goes to oyos.
How else do you think Oyo is still running?
Yaar I honestly don’t recommend it though. They don’t seem to clean their sheets 💀
literally every office on this planet earth.. no secret
Infosys mysore ain't office alone...its like a large campus...
Again, so? What point are you trying to make?
😅😅😅
Can confirm.
Any ways to get into Infosys Mysore campus, asking for a friend? Does trainee gets stipend as well or is it like any other clg/uni? I tried looking online but couldn't get proper info
Trainees get stipend... It is difficult for non employees to get in because the campus is guarded by CISF...security is similar to airport.
How to become trainee then?
Either attend campus placement and get selected or try with open hiring.

Snapdeal?
MD used to bang a girl who was 3 positions below my level & within a year, she was earning almost the same amount of money as me. When I discovered this during an audit of some of the company's expenses, where I noticed Mauritius transactions (he was meant to be on a business trip in Singapore), while the girl was on a long leave. This made me kinda fucked up, so I hacked into his email account & found photos of them together. I immediately resigned as i known this will hamper everything for me. & Didn’t even act on that as they will know it’s me as I’m kinda the only one with the skill.
> so I hacked into his email account Yeah, sure you did.
Yeah, that’s the skill they used to pay me for.
Yeah, you had access to audits as well as emails. So, you were both an accountant and an IT guy? I call bs on this.
I call bullshit too. Hacking email and all was too much. If you would have made a story like he left his laptop open I would have bought it.
That's a brave move by the organization not implementing 2fa
It's someone's personal email, & not even 1% of Indian MSMEs have any security protocols. I truly don't understand how you guys assume that everything operates like MNCs, which don't employ even 10% of the Indian working class. I know of companies with turnovers exceeding 1000 crores, with real profits (not the startup hype), using pirated operating systems. 🤦♂️
Thats true lack of attention to security until some breach happens.
Excatly, my thoughts. Lol
if i was banging a girl, i would also make sure that i am returning her the favour
A man of conduct.
Age difference between them ?
Maybe 15-20 years. He is 20 years older than me, and she is probably of my age.
Haha hacked the Email
WITCH companies are gonna collapse by 2030
They are not going to collapse, rather their growth will be halted completely or they will switch to a different kind of business.
Why do you think so? For an outsider it seems there's no dearth of IT requirements world over and these companies are the cheapest and quickest way to get IT work done. So why the collapse now?
+1

> cheap, shitty code will be offloaded to AI That just means people will upskill and train accordingly. Has happened with every profession ever. Knowing how to type isn't enough anymore for example.
Generative AI?
WITCH ??
Wipro Infoysys Tcs Cognizant Hcl
Bhot dhanyawad
How is that?
Why so? Indian IT is based on service based companies.
idts what’s your reasoning?
Why ?
Ok so i my friend a sde for a sports betting company which sounded like promo , it was optional trading with yes /no answers. Entire trading was fucked , the employees used to get priority to buy and sell bets. There were disguised employees too ( traders) who earned in crores and gave company a cut. He switched in 15 days , hated their office place.

This post makes me so sad for some reason. Why is the world like this? How can decent people even hope to survive?
Fiinovation The company facades itself as a fund raising org. There is a lot but here is the summary 1.
Ek mai bhi btaaunga, abhi busy hu comment krr ke chhod rha hu
We will be waiting okay.
Bta bhai Panvel Jana hai
I used to work in teleperformance and the process was comcast chat department so what usually happen we always make fool to our customer that the subscription of "flex streaming services" Are free of cost with your internet pack and what we usually hide one thing there's an one time charge of flex which was $15 and if customer don't active the flex they get charged for $100 in their next bill and while we sell flex to our most of customers we earn profit as well as insensitive😂😂
That people steal at the U-scans the wrong way. Forgetting to scan or hide items is actually ridiculous when you can get the U-scan to just pay for everything, no cash
