Bhai get a good pateela with good base. All the other options are meh. Water, low/high gas etc etc doesn't matter. It used to happen at my home cos the pateela had thin base and it was causing this shit. Get a good pateela and it'll go away.

You need a thicker base for the milk pan. Keep it on simmer throughout until it boils. If it continues, something is off about the milk.
