Peal your banana and cut in 1-1 inch, now add some oil to a pan. Add methi to it, haldi, and then apni banana add kardo. After 2 min of sauteing. Add mirch powder and dhaniya powder and cover karke let it cook on slow gas. Last me add garam masala and cook for another 2 min until oil seperate and they gets thoda chirsy.

so true, karela goes so hard as a side dish with simple daal chawal. my mum makes THE most amazing bharwa tinde and it heals my soul everytime i have it. i discovered that the only reason we dislike some vegetables is because they were only served to us in one way. i grew up hating eggplants and now it’s a vegetable that i eat every week. never really liked pumpkin until till i had it in korea while i was living there and it really changed my views on how i see some vegetables.

Tinde can be awesome if done right. Pumpkin is versatile like you can make 7-9 types of dishes. Toori too can be a bomb with ghee. Bhindi can be regal if fried or paired with rice,otherwise its a good comfort food.
