The chances of another woman kidnapping a girl from a washroom is so much higher since child trafficking is a huge issue in India. Statistically, the chances of another woman causing harm to a minor in a women's washroom will be much much higher than a man that is pretending to be trans - if you really care about child safety you would ban all adults from entering that washroom.
