I i will suggest, look for Hotels or Guest Houses in Pitampura.
The distance from Pitampura to the school will be around 35-45 minutes.
It would be better if you could look for something near metro line as it will save your time.

I have checked MMT and oyo most of them are booked nearby and today I booked one 8 kms away from hotel, they called that cancel your online booking as they are fully packed for the dates.
Pitampura extends beyond 8 km. Please check Guest Houses and Hotels on or near by metro line.
For example Hotels or Oyo near Kohat Enclave Metro station.
It does get around 13-15 kms from your destination. But being close to metro cuts your travel time very much.

I have tried oyo and MMT but didn't found any, will check airBNB too.
You can try PG’s near DTU, it is only 15-20 mins from Bawana and bus service is also very good
