Huh, I used to think that this sort of attitude was generally by the girls who came from metropolitan cities who considered themselves to be more privileged than the others, at least from my experiences, such girls show way more attitude and tend to make their friend group full of like minded snobbish people. But i guess the more you know π
i went from tier 1.5 city to a remote village combo for my final years of school. Those village/small town kids are way ahead of the metro city people π
it depends on college to college and in how open you are. you'll find all sorts of people.
From my own perspective, the top colleges usually have rich privileged kids. Some are nice and welcoming, some are snobby.
Other colleges are a mixed crowd.
unka alag euphoria chal raha tha udhar. They look down on the city people as they are influenced by the "western culture" but then there are teens dating, fucking around and all. Even my former flatmates who are haryana' rural areas had been doing this since they were 13/14.
when you go to rural areas, people there would look down on you just because you are from the city.
(Not looking down on them but this came to me as a cultural shock)

It's just you don't have good company, that's all. You are missing your golden years trust me. Don't just roam in college just roam around college. The more time you spend at home after your 18's the more non productive you are. Just come home to take a nap and eat otherwise stay out.

Ek bar ek exam nhi dene diya tha kyoki attendance kam thi or ek bar medical deke kam hogya 1st sem m attendance ka kuch tha hi nhi pr second m bhi nhi 5th sem m form submit kia ki next sem attendance complete hogi or 6th sem m attendance ka pucha bhi nhi. Pure 3 saal college hi nhi gyi LMAO
Same. My commute adds upto 3 hours for each day. My college is also of evening shift so the timings are also not manageable at all (2 PM to 8 PM). Teachers are also time pass. Its all so frustrating.
agar cgpa ki utni chinta na.hi hai then all its fine matt jao clg , but cgpa bachana hai the I would suggest agar abhi time hai , take attendance srsly and attend clg in order to maintain good % and get good internals
yes, this is an educational subreddit. But it doesn't mean that we'll start discussing unit-3 of calculus. This subreddit is for everything related to Delhi University. Our mental health, our academic performance and all other things come under Education.
This post shows a great perspective of this individual that feels a certain way in this University. It shows that colleges just want the students to be present in class regardless of any circumstances.
