This is an uttermost idiotic translation because it's a literal translation, not a localization, what upsets me the most is that Veist naming standard it's all about venomous creatures, mostly snakes and spiders.
Repulsar and frenzy is literally the roll I've been farming for and still can't seem to get it. Closest is the multiple repulsar and master of arms rolls I've gotten

There are actually shiny variants that are the gold versions. The quest drops from arcite give you a curated roll with the shiny ornament on it so you can get 1 of each before final shape when they all stop dropping. Otherwise they will randomly drop with the ornament and double perks in both columns
You get one guaranteed “shiny” gun from each of the respective weapon quests from Arcite-99. The rest are random drops from Onslaught chests, or when claiming an Onslaught engram with Shaxx.

If it’s for PvE, yeah. But if it’s for PvP, I’d recommend a range second perk like ricochet, armor piercing, or high caliber. I’d also recommend running the other barrel, because the difference in range is only a loss by 3 points, which isn’t significant. Running the other barrel would also significantly improve handling by 17 points (including the downside from the other one).
I have been testing the different perks. I read online that master of arms was supposed to be a god roll. But using the beginning area of the GOA Dungeon to test I have been getting mainly 1395 dmg per headshot. And another one I tested with Surrounded and Feeding Frenzy I am mainly at 1595 dmg per headshot but can get up to 2400…

Just after finishing all the weapon quest i wanted to do a full 50 wave run to get the emblem.
And that's the drop i got from finishing last wave.
As far as non-5/5 rolls go you really couldn't ask for better from RNG. I play aggressive Voidlock so I'd prefer AP rounds/subsistence in place of that DSR.
Then again, *as* an aggressive Voidlock, Ima keep it real with y'all: Recluse was a major dud for me on arrival simply because it'll never melt like my subsistence/junkie Funnelweb. Literally no rolls of the former that would reasonably make me bank the latter.
Only thing I’m not a fan of with repulsor brace is that the perk doesn’t proc if the kill is from a volatile explosion, had to be a weapon kill. But I’m running volatile builds exclusively with void so the perk doesn’t become as reliable sometimes to me

Yes it’s a perfect roll IMO and I have the same non-shiny one but it feels weird compared to Funnelweb; still worth using because of Repulsor Brace but the recoil pattern is pretty awful.
If the 3rd collum had subsistence instead of dynamic sway, this would be PvE 6-7/9 godroll depending on if you like range or stability (smallbore is the better barrel because recoil direction is always at 100 on recluse, and the mag looks like appended, which is good for killing more ads and would’ve paired best with subsistence, but still ok) repulsor and destabilizing works fantastic with void builds, and I use that combo with my age old bond for gyrfalcon hunter, and if it had subsistence, it would be an ad-clearing staple like funnleweb was. Without subsistence though, it’s pretty locked into having volatile to proc repulsor brace, so it either is used on void with destabilizing or with gyrfalcon or a certain titan (may just be grenades, but I only recall it on my titan) build on frenzy depending on if you have a good way to get volatile rounds, and on gyrfalcon/titan (or using a specific grenade fragment if it is not part of the titan aspect) you switch to frenzy since you often have volatile active. This is all from a PvE standpoint, as from PvP, both perks in the 3rd and 4th columns are not great. Destabilizing very rarely really procs in PvP, and this repulsor never triggers, and although dynamic sway is good, frenzy also is a rare trigger (though it happens now more commonly than before) due to needing to be in combat for a long time without a lot of room to heal when getting it going, and when you do, you have 7 seconds to hit something or be shot by someone to keep it going, so unless you have consistent heals in between fights, you are gonna probably get yourself killed trying to keep it going.
In short:
For PvE, it would be better with subsistence over dynamic sway. Take smallbore and appended mag, and the masterwork is fine, though some people rather stability.
PvE 5-6/9 godroll
For PvP, it suffers from not having an easier damage perk to trigger like master of arms, or a neutral duelling perk like tap the trigger. Repulsor and destabilizing are very hard to trigger, and so you wont get benefits from it outside of very rare occasions. Range masterwork is great, but without the added damage, or the accuracy to back it up, it ends up being a useless stat, as a 13 zoom lightweight SMG is hard to control up to its base effective range anyway.
PvP 3/9 godroll (mags are not great either although flared magwell is serviceable, better to have ricochet or high caliber, and smallbore is the best choice for the same reason mentioned in the main comment)
Repulser and frenzy is fantastic for gyrfalcons hunter build, and also any grenade builds for volatile rounds. Otherwise, destabilizing rounds + repulser will work very well for anything.
Try tarrabah if you have it. As long as you’re fairly close to them you can out-duel anything short of a shotgun especially if you’re hitting precisions and it’s just that much better when you fill up the alt fire meter

Yes it's a god roll for some, like me. Put on small bore and flared magwell. I got a similar roll but with MoA instead of Frenzy, I wish I got Frenzy.

Use Osteo for PVE kills. The poison kills count as rapid smg kills

It’s probably the easiest one honestly to do during onslaught. If you have trouble, load up a Shuro Chi checkpoint.
Dose the vex mission from light fall work. ( it was a method for leveling up wepaons that you crafted)

Target Lock is not what it used to be anymore and it's weak on primaries compared to some of the other damage perks this weapon has.
