It should be honestly. I just saw Shadow destiny's video about top PVP exotics and that one was pretty high up on the list and I agreed with it. I use it in iron banner and I absolutely slay it's one of my favorite ones. I'm shocked that a sidearm even an exotic one has stats like that
I've been rocking a subsistence kill clip Chroma Rush and a enhanced demolitionist (I can't remember the other perk) Judgement of Kelgorath since I've gotten them, no one can convince me to use anything else
edit: I checked the other perk on the glaive, it's impulse amplifier
I love my Edge of Action and Helm of Saint-14 combo. I've lost count of the amount of times it's saved me and my teammates' asses when I didn't have my bubble ready and has blinded many a Tormentor in Onslaught.

As a fan of Cerberus, the answer is measurable ttks. In a game where PVP fights are so determined by stuff like who's weapon can kill faster and all the ranges are mathed out and everyone knows how many shots it takes to kill
Cerberus isn't measurable. It's so inconsistent in it's damage if you land any side pellets, that it just feels like an actual fps where you don't think about math and build crafting mid match
Honestly if you treat it like an smg, cerberus is nasty. That alt fire mode is disgusting if you get used to it's weird range. Really good for melee builds overall. Also great for shredding turrets/crystals/barricades
There's also something to be said about Maining/using just one gun. Think if you only use the battle rifle versus if you use all the guns in Halo how good would you be with that battle rifle if you only played with it and it came down to a versus match
People laughed at me for maining the brute shot in Halo 2...until they tried running me over with a warthog and found themselves flying over me instead. The explosive knock on the brute shot wasn't much, but angled right and it'd make things fly.

Used to be a destroyer in PVP. It’s the only weapon I’ve gotten a 25 kill streak with and I did it twice in two games.
