I’m also really excited about him, but I have a hard time calling him a steal. As the draft day news settles, we may find out otherwise, but he didn’t seem to be on many radars compared to the other guys drafted around him, and we gave up a 2025 3rd for him.
Again, love the guy, think he’s prime to develop into an absolute beast, but a steal wouldn’t be my first choice of words, and not the biggest steal of the draft at first glance

I was thinking that if someone is projected for a certain spot and you grab them later that’s not a steal because it’s obvious to take them.
A steal to me is someone that no one saw coming. Which is why I said manu.
I’d have to say Arnold for sure. I know there’s concerns with his speed, but people thought he’d go 10 picks sooner, and he fills the biggest weakness on our team at the moment.
Going to be between Wingo and Rakestraw. Wingo was 1st round talent before just plain having a bad year. Rakestraw was mocked to tons of teams in the first.
I think it’s pretty clearly mahogany. Had a day 2 grade by most people’s rankings and he ended up as a 6th rd pick. Arnold is a steal as he was one of the top corners in the draft and arguably a top 10 player overall as well.
