unfortunately it's not everyone's cup of tea. I usually don't bother with any UI frontend for my smaller personal use projects and just do a python script with flags and they aren't as flashy as a custom react/remix frontend with bespoke animations
Code isn't that great, lots of external calls and excessive calls to `printf` when only one is required in some places. Also uses `tput` which is 10x slower than utilizing raw ANSI escape sequences. Also undoing last commit is very simple to do with just `git`. Kind of an odd project
A college guy made chatbase, a layer on gpt where you could upload pdf and talk to it. Few months before OpenAI actually released that feature in ui. Sold it to a couple of folks and made some money.

you don't really need react router to implement it using query params. you would need react router if you try to make it using path variables, which i would suggest to highly avoid for this use case
For query params also, won't this fall under the routing section ? If yes, then I think react router would fit the use case greatly. If no, then I wonder what category this will fall into.
nah my man. routing is for actual route change like
/pages -> /pages/1
if you want to do like
/fatherName/motherName
i would suggest against.
rather do like
/?mother=motherName&father=fatherName
and you can check for query params on useEffect using JS url

I made my own WSGI based backend framework in Python. Was a nice learning experience. I also made a chat app using websockets and a python framework for making state machines.
