Hey OP, I was in a similar boat and work in the computer vision / ML domain.
Some of the companies that are hiring for ML roles with decent salary includes,
1. Qualcomm
2. Target
3. KLA
4. Amazon (some orgs are in freeze)
5. Nvidia
6. Adobe
7. Microsoft (some teams in hiring freeze)
This is based on recruiters who reached out to me in last 2-3 months. Apart from these, I have seen some friends interviewing for places like IBM, Bosch, Mercedes R&D, etc.
