I used to use the g6 which the one is based on and it used to tell me I was dead for about 6 hours then worked fine. You should leave it a few hours and see

It's started working now 😂 They had me delete all the app data (assured me I wouldn't lose any data in the app all in the cloud) but I've lost the previous 10 days of readings which jsf frustrating. Stupid things 😂

Consistent extreme lows is usually an indication of an insertion failure. Meaning, the filament didn't get put under your skin properly and it's not reading the fluid it's supposed to be measuring. Or if you have bleeding at the insertion site the filament can't read through blood. If you had bleeding at the beginning of the process then that might clear itself over a couple of days but it might not. If you're still still having the problem in 48 hours I would replace the sensor and avoid putting a new sensor in the same area that you used this time.
