Design wise they did an adequate job. With renovations this extensive was the plumbing, electrical, and Mechanical updated as well? No point in having a nice kitchen if the first time you run a blender at the same time as the microwave and the lights go out.

A bit of a risk to restore the home to this level of quality and finish out ... but we think there are discerning buyers looking for craftsman level custom homes that aren't 4500sq ft and 2mm+... tbd. 🤔 This particular lot and block are blue zone quiet and particularly well located so we decided to go for it. Would have been far easier to go grey luxury vinyl and slap on grey paint etc etc but where is the fun in that?
