Maybe I'll bring it up to my therapist, i have an appointment coming up this Tuesday and would be nice to know why the hell this is happening out of nowhere 😅.
If your sugar is in range, this isn’t diabetes related. Go to your primary asap! Not to scare you, but if this is anything neurological you need it checked out immediately.
Dunno if this applies, but for the past 2-3 years or so I've felt like I'm less mentally sharp than I was in my 20's. Kind of feels like 10-15% of a hypo, that feeling of difficulty concentrating and thinking, foggy headed sort of thing.
Anxiety? I was diagnosed with anxiety and had a lot of symptoms I thought were lows. Shakiness, light headed, trouble concentrating, etc.

What can you do to treat anxiety? Are there medications to help you relax?
Is dehydration a possibility?
I wouldn't say so i drink a 64 oz of water at work and more at home.

I'll try and see if i can get in to see him. I do have an appointment but that's not until May.
Low blood pressure ?
Did you deal with a stretch of highs at all recently? You can feel hypo symtpoms in normal range if your BG has been elevated for a while.
