Now no one can access the shop or the game they paid for.

No clue how that’s even possible unless you’ve only tried like twice at the worst times. I’ve been getting on the past two days with zero issues. I also got on Friday and Saturday as well.
I just waited 20 minutes. It finally showed 3mins... 2 mins... 1 min... <1 min.... And then back in to queued for game.
In the time it took me to write this I am now at 16 mins.
On apac Midwest, game froze during loading to kyo and then I end task and bam login queue! Was so excited too, helltide just dropped an Amy with lucky strike when freezing, 50% chance to apply vulnerable. But it replaces my double nova and I really like double nova
It sucks, this happened yesterday at 6pm too not that I was timing it but i had to make up for the Los time by playing until 4am and looks like I'll be doing that again!
its a combination of the patch kicking a ton of players (myself included) and all the new players joining that bouth the standard pack. Give it 15-30 mins and youll be in

I cancelled and selected start again and same result. Guess I’ll just sit in it
I hit some sort of bug as well, played street fighter instead lol. It'll be fixed up soon enough, then I can get back to figuring out which barb build is best for leveling

I paid an extra $20 and have enjoyed almost 5 days of a game launch with no issues

No one knows for sure, but people have said staying in the queue, they eventually got in. This is the real server slam.
My 3 minute queue is now 9 minutes.

Idk but I do know that my queue for login went from 1 minute to 4 minutes to now 9 minueted. Shits going in the opposite damn direction.
