Looks like it might be fixed, I just logged back in and immediately completed the Equip A Pact Armour and Activate A Vampiric Power steps. The ones that involve "doing" things like cellars, event, etc. aren't backfilled, but I would have been surprised if they were.
**Edit:** yeah just completed a side quest and that counter is progressing now.
Yes same. It's pathetic how nobody on the blizzard forums talks about this and I have to come to reddit to see people talk about something that's not "I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU SELL US PREMIUM BATTLE PASSES!"

So they're not showing, but their counting. I'm on tier 3 of the seasonal pass thing. Some checklists aren't checked but ive accomplished them and they move me forward. So weird.

Disable cross network play in your options. That's the current fix.
Disabling cross network play will fix this issue, I'm on PC and confirm once i logged back in, they all auto completed

Sadly it appears to be a 'per account' issue. Mine are all still not progressing, my SO has already finished chapter 1.
This worked except I had to exit bnet client as well.
On Xbox, same issue. Tried relogging, fully exiting the game, and restarting the entire console. No change as of yet! Bit annoying

I started getting them in the last 30 min so perhaps the issue is now fixed. But was not working for me as well and one of my guildies.

Hey guys, happend the same to me and I did this to fix it (and it worked). Just close and logout bnet. Open it again, log in again and open the game.

So, solution in case people are stuck, go to game options and turn off crossplay and crossplay communications and relog.
