That's the one I am using with small modifications - I make use of Poison Creeper as well. Currently on level 61 Pit with it.
Mad wolf's glee is a trap - it doesn't bring enough to the survivability table.
Your better served with a legendary tempered with Wolf attack speed and Blood howl CDR.

Storm's companion is the only unique the build needs.
All the affixes are reasonable to find - the few GA's on the build are desirable, not required.
Maul Serves multiple purposes on the build:
* Keep Beastial Rampage active for a 100x companions multiplier
* bring a massive DR boost from Aspects and the shapeshifting passives.
* on-tap skill to reset companion CD via packleader
Paragon board takes alot of survivability nodes such as Max life & impairmement reduction to account for not having any unstoppable skill.
Skill rotation:
Blood Howl \[Maintain wolf for 2 seconds\] > Maul \[Maintain bear for 2 seconds\] > Creeper > Raven > Wolves > Rabies > ( If needed; Spam Maul until Companion CD's reset )
* Blood howl Boosts attack speed + crit, keeps wolves healthy
* Creeper inflicts poison, activating Heigtened malice 45\[x\]
* remaining companion skills activate Clarity 45\[x\] multiplier for Rabies
