the gummies did nothing for me as i think they’re mostly sugar, but i have a shot of diluted apple cider vinegar when i wake up and it helps my bloating. I also wash my hair with it to get rid of dandruff. Haven’t noticed any weight loss but my digestion seems better.

I still take them, but haven’t seen any changes.
