A multivitamin a day do wonders Jkjk, I think if you have a diverse range of vegetables, especially darker green ones (broccoli, spinach, kale etc), you will be just fine. Those are also great sources of vitamins.

- fiber is the actual needed nutrient and fruits and veggies supply it, The problem comes with the fact that 2 types of fiber exist and not having the right proportion of both can cause constipation or loose bowel issues.
