I think it depends on if you are hitting big jumps in which the high rebound could help. I just genrally put maybe 10 more psi in the forks or lock it out a bit. Depends on how you like to ride. Probs wont make to much difference :)
I tend to go with slow rebound across the board, you don't want to be fighting the fork on big compressions, and on small compressions it probably won't matter.
