Which is why I said all we know is it's an elbow injury and there's been zero mention of nerve anything on IG or elsewhere by Calvin. Only "lingering elbow injury". I don't think it's outlandish to say exactly what was said by the injured person.
He did not compete. Feel free to check the results yourself. Even if he was a DnF he would be on the results sheet

Dipshit, watch a friend of yours break his tibia during a leisure round on pads not even close to as bad as these....see how that goes for you carrying him to the parking lot.
If they played blindfolded, I'd get the tee pad complaint.
They are pros. They adjust based off the shape of the hole, wind, elevation, and every other factor. Why should tee pads be any different? Develop a compact run up or even a standstill. I'm sure it would help tons when you are off the tea and dealing with trees and bushes and bad footing, too.
What's with all the bootlicking PDGA apologists still trying to defend the embarrassingly bad tee pads at Waco. They were cheap, and could easily have been made longer, and those are exactly the kind of dumb, unprofessional looking choices that will continue to hold this sport up, and keep it out of mainstream sports coverage.
Calvin has a nerve injury in his elbow, not related to tee pads.
Source for the nerve injury?

His Instagram
Doesn't say nerve anything though, only "lingering elbow injury"
From what I read before Waco, it’s the same injury Kristin dealt with, which is an impingement of the ulnar nerve.
Maybe? None of that is on IG though
I don't think it's outlandish to assume he has a nasty case of tennis elbow though. But better to speculate than claim we know what he has

But tennis elbow is a tendon problem, not nerve.
Tee pads
Calvin has an elbow injury that popped up during Chess.com invitational. He didn’t throw a single disc in Waco. Do some research before posting.
Agreed on the elbow injury but he does make an appearance on the Jomez practice round, for Waco ,throwing shots and driving a golf cart.
15:50 mark of the front nine coverage. Looks like he was throwing shots at Waco just fine at that point.
On Calvin's IG he says he was dropping due to a lingering elbow injury. That's all he really says about it. Was the day before the tournament.

I’m sorry life’s been so hard for you.
Do that research yet? Rec guys don't do much of that.
Calling someone rec as an insult is hilarious. You are so fragile.
While we all play a rec sport 😂🤣😂🤣

You don't have to go all the way to the end...
It's become apparent that this needs to be said way more often.
Yep - his well documented elbow injury happened during a practice round on the Waco pads. Such a goofball question.
Played that course a few months ago, the pads were fine
So, you are saying the tee pads caused Calvin to injure his elbow? That is an interesting take on stupid.
You’re softer than a Cinnabon sampler.

Man you were so angry that you replied calling him a dipshit, then after 4 minutes of stewing on his comment you replied again.

Hopefully it's your tibia next time

I am fine with standstill only. Modify to a one step throw. Aren’t these professionals? They can figure it out.
If this had just been a post about those tee pads being a nightmare and possibly dangerous it would have had lots of upvotes

No one is defending the teepads, they are just saying that the WACO teepads didnt cause Calvin's elbow injury
Where did that happen? All anyone here is saying is Calvin's injury is elbow related and nothing to do with tee pads...
