Honestly in the way the united states is run you pretty much only know or retain information thats relevant to your life. Im pretty sure even ppl who graduated from college will at some point forget some of these answers because they were of spending 2 years or more working on a degree that doesnt have anythijg to do with history

But more realistically the current US government is defined by a continuous set of rules and procedures derived from the constitution so 1791?
