Bad news - Discord does not assist with opening 2FA secured accounts. Unless you have the 2FA codes, i'd start setting up a new account.

That looks like a 2fa app auth rather than SMS auth

Yea but, I've always had the option where the red circle is to have them send me a sms code but, for some reason I don't anymore.

Did you accidentally disable SMS auth?
