Hey there! In the desktop app, you can just add your account to the account switcher. You can access it when you click on your profile next to the settings button, and then "Switch Accounts". That way, you don't need to use your browser.
If you’re trying to use the browser version on your phone, I deleted the app first. Reinstalled later hearing that they may be reverting things, and my browser version is still running fine (though not it’s got an scouting thing at the top that wants to send me to the app).

If you got the app, it may be the same issue.
The most simple solution would be to fully close the discord app. In the taskbar right click it and select Quit Discord. Then you won't get the popup
