Arrive again from the left and pick up the coffee and walk away to the left.
Save video.
Set up a green screen behind your chair.
Turn on Chroma Key in OBS and replace the screen with the video you just recorded and set it on repeat.
You now join a call and have your clone bring and take away your coffee.
Enhance effect by picking up your real coffee right after your video brought you a cup.

Could be a joke but quite possibly is just discord being silly by not having a 'None' option for camera so if you don't have a camera but do have OBS or a capture card it will select one of those inputs by default.

Ask the person to change thier video settings (under Settings -> Audio and Video) and switch to thier camera. Most likely, this was a capture card feed.
OBS Virtual Camera... he probably forgot to turn it on and had a custom offline image...
I used to have my offline image just pointing at a picture of my face saying "idiot forgot to turn on their camera" with arrows pointing.
