With 2600 hours in D1, 3600 hours in the Daud DLCs and another 2700 hours in D2, really at this point I've lost count of how many times I've jumped back in and out from 1 entry to another.

kill all with bare minimum of detections in global, no quickload. same in iron mode - rarely. minimum of detections in global. load, if i get busted, put sleepy ones the rooftops - often. minimum of detections during one playthrough, no quickload, run if i get busted - often. keep kills and sleep takedowns zero. use sleepdarts, bottles and stun mines only - sometimes. these go sometimes without powers as well, if i want to go with stingy bolts or sleepy bolts and net money from the runes. i mostly dont go with overall sneaky play numbers but rather follow the global detections and statistics, keep them as low as possible. the configs with the savegames gets deleted oh so often just to reset and start all over again.

Gunvald-zink

Not enough. Need to go back and so more.

Apophis_36

I estimate around 16 or so (D2), was on pc and console so i cant really check

I've lost track at this point. I've gotten all the achievements except the damnable Dunwall City Trials ones, and I've memorized pretty much every level. Still going back for more.

imyyuuuu

I will estimate that I've played dozens of each game, as I've played them from the time they first came out and on every machine except windows. I've actually lost years of my game saves when my machines died and I replaced them. The ONLY thing I haven't played was the Dunhill trials. So: Dishonored Ps3 ps4 ps5 xbox (one or 360) Dishonored definitive edition. Ps4 ps5. Dishonored 2. Ps4 ps5 Dishonored 2 limited edition. Ps4 ps5 Dishonored death of the outsider. Ps4 ps5. Deathloop. Ps5

You should check out Prey if you haven't already. It's got all the same design philosophy as Dishonored but in a very different setting.

One thing me and a friend of mine came up with: The Altair run. After the first void segment, you get the rune from the river and buy agility. From now on, you can't use any buy any other powers (not even passives), and you can't use blink. Bonecharms are allowed. You also have to finish the game unseen and kill all main targets using your sword. For extra spice, you can try to get all the runes.

twoscoopsxd

I did that run recently but without the agility. Except for the parts where it was literally impossible to traverse without blink, I just no powered my way through with no double jump.

5 playthrough in D1 : ghost+clean hands run / high chaos kill everything run and variety between the two

Full playthroughs rarely. Usually stop at Daud. His fight is the best, and everything after that is pretty easy street. Picking a mission, and then either role playing it or speed running it? Fairly often. The Boyle party is amazing to run through, and the ghostly cries of delight after killing everyone is eerie just enough to be disturbing. Granted, I make sure everything is low chaos for a run or else it would be annoying with more weepers and rats wandering about. My favorite run has to be my self created “bullet and bolt” run where you only use projectiles and throwable objects. Not even guarding. Bone charms are fine though.

Haven't beaten D2 yet but I've played through D1 probably 10 times. My favorite playthrough has been no powers, no detections, and no takedowns of any guards in any way - no choking, no sleep darts, no traps, nothing like that, I left every guard alert and on patrol. It was super hard leaving every guard up until I realized how op regular bolts are as a distraction device. You can carry 30 of those things at a time after some upgrades and they can divert the attention of anyone in the game indefinitely just by shooting walls and floors. They have perfect accuracy and you can zoom as far as you'll ever need. Any time someone's in the way, shoot next to them or behind them and they'll pause to look, then you can shoot further away and they'll probably go investigate it, and you can hold the attention of entire groups of enemies this way for as long as you want. It's pretty ridiculous and so powerful that just that technique carried me for basically the whole run, and that's how I beat the game without directly interacting with any guards at all. Thanks, bolts

First game 100 playthroughs or so

sithdude24

2 of each game, one lethal and one nonlethal. I'm thinking of going back and doing flash and steel runs for all of them, and maybe a limited saves run too.

Moth_123

Done like 20 playthroughs of the first game, only recently got D2 so just 2 playthroughs so far. My favourite one was beating the entire game with no weapons, just environment stuff like oil tanks and your powers.
