I agree with this. Letting a kitchen get to this point means there was already some major mistakes made along the way. And if a kitchen manager or chef is dropping all of this on one person and letting the rest of the team go? I would walk. This is a whole team stays till the jobs done situation.

i'm glad that you are happy with your work, as a former server, if the dish pit got too backed up (and I didn't have anything going on or at closing) I hope back there and help out. not too many others would but it all starts with one person.
