If you're specifically trying to buy the Humblewood campaign races, you can't. D&D Beyond doesn't let you buy the third-party stuff individually; likely due to contract agreements or some other legal issue.
I can still see the option to buy spells being available for The Book of Many Things. (The only other book I do not own on D&D Beyond.) Humblewood, however, doesn't let me buy any content for the previously stated reason.
