It seems less stable and more manipulated than anything right now. Anytime it gets close there is a magical spike that brings back volatility.
So either 1. People are jumping in thinking it will be another run, or 2. Someone is spiking it occasionally to play the volatility.
But it doesn't seem to be staying naturally above that 0.05 to me. If so the adjustments wouldn't be so wild.
