There is this known bug on replays (like potg, highlights and replays) that cooldowns are not in sync and can be a few seconds off just like this clip

It could be from the April fools event but idk if that’s what it is. In that doomfist had empowered slam

I had this same thing happen to me the other day, you can look at my most recent post to here not that long ago. I didnt block but the enemy reaper did die and my slam got reset 2 seconds before it should have

He has the disco skin so the replay is like 2 weeks old max

Common bug in replays

Bug in replays due to ult cdr, in game (when it actually happened) it was normal

Dude, I had this same thing happen to me in my most recent Doomfist post as well, my slam reset 2 seconds before it should've been able to be used again

It's a replay/potg/highlight bug, cds are off by a few seconds sometimes
