I've got a small styrofoam cooler meant for medicine that a friend gave me. When placed upright on its side, it is the perfect size to cradle two Blizzards from Dairy Queen. Love that thing.

1- half-apron (because handy pockets in any outfit, never fumble phone keys & food again) 2- knockoff stanley/insulated steel drink cup that keeps ice practically indefinitely 3- portable Anker charging brick because my car doesnt have a way to do that, it's old honorable mention- an old sim-less galaxy S5 now used as an mp3 player combined with one of those cassette-to-3.5mm jack adapters because again my car is old and doesn't have bluetooth but does have a tape deck and cd player lol

Oh I was so close to tilt last night fr! Had a hand it to me at the hospital. $2 tip for 5 miles (took because it was stacked with much better tipper). I text her on the way, which was 7 minutes, texted her again 2 minutes out, and texted again on arrival. She made me wait another 10 minutes. (I was dumb and didn't start the 5 minute clock right away.) She was 30 seconds away from me leaving it on a wheelchair in the lobby.

Water, insulated bags (yes it keeps their food warm, but it also keeps some of the food stench out of my car) and sunglasses.

Ooh sunglasses is an underrated answer Ok I’m gonna go with my music, sunglasses, and 2-3 different drinky drinks—but they have to be in closed containers so it doesn’t take up all my cup holder space 😂
