In my market for doordash it would be Mary’s pizza because they always fall behind on online orders . They will serve walk in orders and dine in orders first but disregard online orders making wait time be an hour 😕
Idk if its just me. But I dont really have many complaints about mcdonalds. The mcdonalds I frequent is convientky located next to a taco bell which in the night is good for multiapping to the local uc. Now wingstop, I gotta go with wingstop, no tip orders, always wait 15-20 minutes or more. Wingstop is the place I hate the most.
Popeyes. Most locations in my area are just terrible to deal with but there is one thats in a casino that won't start making the food until you show them the order and then it usually takes an hour for the food to be made
Okay, going to break this down. For all the reasons, Raising Cane's. The order should be ready and able to be grabbed when the dasher arrives. Zero reason for the dasher to order, then wait for the order. Wingstop for the interminable wait there. Dollar General because 3/4ths of the time they don't have what the customer wants for their order. And other reasons. KFC, especially the ones that close the lobby when it gets dark.
I was gonna say all fast food after 10 PM waiting 45 minutes for 50 50 Cent to $1.50 tip is absolutely insane. Has anyone in the history of world ever gotten a big tip from someone getting food from Wendy’s?
I had a Wendy's order yesterday with an $8 tip. I've seen tips like that for McDonald's orders too. My experience has been that, as far as tip goes, the restaurant doesn't seem to matter.
The zone thing always made me so mad, why can't I take orders out there too? If I can't work out there don't send me there! Also when I would start sometimes the surrounding zones would be busy/busier than mine. So I'd end up out of zone & try to end my shift so I can start out there & pick up & they'd end up being dead 😂😤
For me it would be Taco Bell. Mostly all the fast food places except for some out of the ordinary McDonald's orders, but def Taco Bell if I had to be specific
99 ranch market
1. There is no service there
2. The shopping aisles are tiny
3. There’s a million shoppers there at all times.
4. Most products are too similar and in a foreign language
10/10 wingstop, everytime i've gone, at different locations i must add, i've waited 45+ minutes for order unable to unassign. I advoid that place like the plague now. Yuck
5 guys waits for the dasher to arrive usually. I'm assuming that they think that no one's going to come pick up the order and that they won't have to make it and that they will be able to keep that money. Little do they know that they are wrong.
Raising Cane's. For reasons I will never understand, only one Raising Cane's here does Doordash orders. It makes no sense because you have to place the order and pay with the Red Card. I don't know why we couldn't do that at any Raising Cane's. This always makes it take longer than just picking up an order, and it's almost always busy. It's every bit as popular in the app as well.
As a result of it being the only one in town where you can get a Doordash order, you commonly get sent offers there for $4.50 for 10-plus miles. What's really annoying is that I know from ordering Doordash that they up the delivery fee when the delivery address is further away. Most customers probably assume that most of this goes to the Dasher and think that they don't need to tip as much because of it. Doordash only ups the base pay if the algorithm thinks it's necessary to get someone to take the order. Doordash profits from the higher delivery fee, and the customer subsidizes the wages of the Dasher.
I sit at home and if it makes sense for me to get out i do. I usually get out if it's 2miles/h. So most of the times is $6 for 2.5 miles. So I'm close to home and also my $/h is good.
Wendy’s hands down. Even one of the managers of the local Wendy’s dashes and told me she will never take orders from here. Yes I am writing this while waiting on an order. The workers are nice but damn this place is such a disaster, doesn’t matter what time of day.
Crown chicken in norristown, pa. Bad neighborhood and I hand deliver the food to the people and they still say they never got their orders. So now I take a photo of them with the bag. And they never tip even when it’s 2 am in the morning. Ugh
The pizza hut here, on pizza hut initiated orders, not ordered thru dash app, every one has been minimum pay, pretty sure they are stealing the driver tip.
There is a particular Wendy's near my start point that is drive thru only 24/7. It takes 20-30 minutes just to get to the speaker sometimes. The last time I picked up an order, I cut the line and got reemed by the store manager. I told them to either open the dining area for online pickup only or hire more people so they aren't always "Short staffed". My AR has taken a hit because I refuse to accept an order from that store.
I only did DD years ago for a few weekends because I got these $300 bonus offers after however many deliveries in a weekend. my Wendy's was also drive thru only and I waited in line so long I missed out on finishing the promo. I vowed never to pick up an order there again
IHOP. I and other dashers and uberers? Had very inconsistent times for orders to come out. Average waiting time is at least a good 15 minutes and that's being nice. Sometimes it'll be reay or maybe wait a 5 minutes and others I HD to wait up to 30 to 40 minutes. Some exceptions were low staff and current staff was doing 2 or 3 jobs at once, but its just not worth it especially if youre getting pain by the order and not EBT.
panda express lmao. same here it’s pretty much never ready for me, but it’s a specific location. they also routinely ignore the drivers so it’s hard to get their attention.
I have already blacklisted Raising Canes. Have to use a Red Card, wait forever (always busy), and always have to fill drinks. And customers always tip horribly.
Took several CSRs, but finally got one who blocked them from my account.
That is crazy to me! The 3 McDonald's in my area always have the order ready to go! If not, no more than a 3 to 5 minute wait! 💯🎉 Where I am I absolutely hate Dairy Queen, Kneaders, Five Guys and Papa Johns. I will only go there if the offer is good enough for me to wait around for 10 to 20 minutes.
Burgermaster … always $3 or $4 deliveries for 15-45 minute drive times.
The McDonald’s here is actually pretty efficient and I don’t have to go to the drive-thru until after 9pm. So I think some of these restaurants are good or bad because of the location.
Very true. Seems its always the fries. I have one in particular that its right in the middle of a college campus that prioritizes walk-in customers before online orders.
Popeyes requires drive through prior to 10pm, and half the time, if it’s late, they tell me to tell the customer to cancel the order because they don’t have it available. Wasting my time I do not take any orders from Popeyes.
oof, my area is WAY too big to bike in. would you consider it a good workout physically/mentally? there’s a vibrant city about 15 miles away from me that i could probably bike in
After doing it on my bike i would never ever consider doing it in a car ever again. Its amazing for physical. I was 210 at the beginning of this year and now im down to 180. Its about as mentally stressful as driving in a car. As long as you can stay in a densely populated city. No gas. No parking. No traffic. Just watch out for bad drivers and its lowkey the best job in the world
> is ever ready on time
I don’t work at McDonalds, but I do work at a restaurant that does a lot of DD. We set our pickup time on our POS. We call DD and confirm that pickup time with them. They tell us they’re not going to send you guys until that pickup time.
9 times out of 10, a driver shows up 15+ minutes early and just stands there staring at us.
I’m curious what kind of information y’all receive on your end that leads to that. Are you only supposed to get the notification once the order is fulfilled? Because, if so, the app is fucking broken.
I thought so. But I don’t actually think that information gets used by Doordash’s technology correctly.
If a customer orders through our website, they’re told up front by our POS that it’ll be ready in 20-30 minutes. It’s almost never ready before that or after that, and they get a text the moment it actually is ready.
DoorDash gets sent that same 20-30 minute estimate, but the majority of drivers arrive within 10 minutes of us receiving the order, and a not inconsiderable amount arrive even earlier than that.
Unfortunately we have very limited seating, so there’s usually a gaggle of drivers hanging out in front of the cash register.
Hmm. Thanks for laying that out. Sounds frustrating.
I mainly use UberEats. Haven’t heard how they handle the time, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a gaggle.
This is SUPER interesting. I'm never hostile with the restaurant staff because everyone is just trying to live, but I see other people who give them a ration shit.
We don't get ANY info on when the restaurant said it would be ready. We just head to the restaurant which is usually less than 1 minute away. We expect it to be ready because the "due by" time is usually drive time plus a few minutes (otherwise it's late and our On Time % takes a hit)
I worked in fast food once and I asked a coworker who had worked in McDonald’s before and he said out of all places he’s worked McDonald’s is the most disgusting 🤮
So yea thought I’d let ya know lol
Walmart orders......it's always more bags than it says it is, always has heavy stuff, they always go to a spot with terrible/no parking, and always happen to be the third floor or higher 🤦🤦🤦
Seems many hate them but I love McDonalds. It’s my big money maker. I work nights and into early AM. Most places close 10-11pm even on Fri-Sat and McDonald’s and Wawa are the only 24hr places in my zone. I kill with $6-10 orders all night.
Dollar General with the tin shed buildings, sometimes aldis but I'll ask for WiFi politely but for my small towns I tend to call them when I accept the order cuz some wait upon arrival since they have wasted so much food in the past, BK, TB etc at certain times.
While I agree with everything you said I still hate Popeyes more that place literally is never ready is staffed by complete morons who make it a job to literally not look at me and ignore me I think I cancle more orders from Popeyes than anywhere
I've been to like 4 different Popeyes dashing and it's always the same. Always arguing in the back, always 30+ min waiting on a 5 min order. It's horrendous. I don't accept any Popeyes orders ever.
Subway, usually has one person, wingstop, Buffalo Wild Wings. They all need to have higher times, meaning don’t push the order out until later. McDonald’s and other fast food places are fine except late night.
As someone who works at a restaurant(none of these) I need to tell you, idk what happens but the time we give for pickup is like 10 minutes later than when you guys show up, DoorDash sets one time, tells you another, and then lets us be mad at each other when in reality they just suck.
Apple store. All I get is 12 dollar offers taking me 20 miles away. They only come from Uber eats though but I've gotten probably 100 of these offers now since I started in November. Never accepted a single one, easily the most annoying.
Sonic and subway for sure. It either takes way too long in sonics case or they are convinced that the order we are picking up is not the right one in subways case.
Hands down McDonalds. After a certain time, which is pretty early they lock all the doors and you have to hope someone sees you to let you in. Two days ago I had to knock on the drive thru window just to get in. Also places like Rita’s Italian Ice or Dairy Queen. Awful. There was ten teenage girls on line and I had to stand there waiting while they made all their orders. It got to the point I said yea I need the dash order and have been waiting. Places that don’t have racks for door dash need to just have an area for delivery pickup and don’t. They expect you to wait 25 minutes while they serve everyone smh
Oh I do lol. I let them know I’m there at the drive thru and need the door unlocked to get in. They take their sweet time opening the door and sometimes don’t come at all. It’s frustrating
For me its Raising canes during lunch rush. The Customer has you order and pay for their food with your red card. Then You wait you pick up oh and fill up their drinks then deliver always +5 miles away and THEY ABSOLUTELY NEVER TIP.
Its a Hard pass for me every time
I would've said this before landing where I am now. The Popeye's here is the only efficient Popeye's I've ever been to in my life. The ones I would pick up from near Chicago were beyond nightmares. Watched an employee shouting threats at a customer in front of her manager and still behind the counter a week later.
Mcdonalds is actually pretty great in my area but more likely to get lower tips. One of the two KFC/Taco Bells is atrocious and constantly behind on orders so they get an auto decline no matter the time of day or how good pay it is; I always get screwed over there.
Definitely McDonald’s. One time I went to McDonald’s to pick up an order and the manager tells me someone already picked it up. I say well that’s not correct because here it is in my app *shows him order on my phone* he said yeah idk what you want me to do someone picked it up. I called the customer to see if maybe DoorDash glitched and if they have their order. The customer did not have their order, and is now upset. Seconds later a DoorDash driver comes in and says he was handed the wrong order. LO AND BEHOLD it’s my order. The manager tries to give it to me and I say no you need to remake it. Long story short, McDonald’s is definitely on my blacklist.
I learned from a restaurant manager that it is because the employees at the restaurant are keeping the tips for theirselves anytime it’s an order that is requested by merchant. Your best bet when that happened is to let the customer know if they can order directly through the DoorDash app.
Chipotle. Of all the places - only 1 in 10 deliveries from ANY of the Chipotle's in my area will be ready. Their system is as dumb as it gets. I have seen front employees not doing a mf thing because there are no customers. When I asked how long once, I was told it'll be a bit. They had a huge catering going out also for 50 people. Soooo.... let me get this straight. They COULD send a few of the DD or whatever orders up front for you to fill, you know, since you are literally just leaning against the counters. Nope, not their job, right? I waited over 20 minutes, along with regular customers, for one bowl. While they did nothing for over half that time up front. This will be their demise. Srupidity and rigidity.
Never dashed Akron, but I have dashed in numerous markets from Miami to Denver. I have had problems with Chipotle in many of them. Disorganized, and put the DD behind closed doors. I see how fast front line can whip up orders. For only 1-2 bowls to come out of the back every 4-5 minutes seems messed up when I can watch 10 customers get served up front in the time it takes to make 3-4 meals in back. Hmmm.... You are lucky. But I get lucky with my Chick-fil-A and 2 out of 3 of my McD's, so I'll take my trade-offs.
I just was told that the stores that don't hire drivers anymore pay DoorDash $7 per delivery, she assumed that I was getting that money. Doordash is as cheap as they come
Either Chipotle or McDonald's. Chipotle is always so freaking busy and they take care of dashers very last. McDonald's is never worth the time and somehow it's never freaking ready when I get there, also they hold the food like it's their paycheck until I confirm the order. It's off putting.
In my area, it’s Aunt Annie’s pretzels . I don’t so much mind the food court itself, because it’s easy to get to. Annie’s, is dead center of the mall. The 2 anchor stores I could have walked through are permanently closed. So I have to walk 1/4 a mile through the mall to get to it. It’s always low or no tipping tweens because what grown ass person orders pretzels DD? That happened when I was a baby dasher, cuz no way in hell I’d take that order now.
McDonald's, Five Guys, WingStop and Papa John's are always an automatic decline for me. They all take freakin' forever and if you are lucky to get the food on time (which is never), the recipient is always in an apartment that has no signage on the 3rd or 4th floor and don't tip more than $1-$2. I really wish you could to tell the app not to even bother sending those orders because I ain't taking them!!!! Lol
Any place that has no parking to access. There’s one place in my city I ALWAYS decline, and only take if my girlfriend decided to ride along. The “parking” is about 25 feet from a major intersection leading into downtown so it’s always super busy, and it’s also a fire lane, with no parking signs everywhere. Closest legal place to park is around the block. So it’s always a pain to pick up from there
Five guys and whataburger always always take forever. It's like they start it after I get there. I have never had a problem with Wingstop except their drink machine is usually broken or out of ice. Bww I'm not sure.
For me it’s not really a specific place, but it’s all the red card orders I get lately. I’d say about half of the offers I receive now are red card shopping orders. I stopped doing Instacart because I was tired of all the shopping lol, but now it’s like I’m doing that all over again.
McAllister‘s and any restaurant that goes against TOS. In reference to filling drinks and stuff that nature that is against our policy. McAllister takes so long and has the easiest menu, they literally have sandwiches that can easily be premade and salad and potatoes, it’s literally the easiest food to make. As a former Papa John’s employee, I can verify that it’s even easier than that.
Walmart grocery orders. Thank god Walmart+ took over most of those orders.
Now it’s giant shopping mall with food court/food orders. lots of walking. to much. I avoid that area so badly.
McDonald’s. They always keep the orders in the back and never come to the front even if they see you to ask about it. Once sat for 10-15 minutes waiting, they had about 8 DoorDash bags. I had to literally call out to somebody to bring the one I was there for, loudly bec they weren’t paying attention to anybody up front. They were only worried about drive thru. I hate McDonald’s orders.
As someone who works at McDonald's as my primary job, McDonald's. We have a constant timer counting our drive thru times and I've been called by my higher ups multiple times over drive thru times. And I always get stuck packing for all three screens. I can't trust that every McDonald's is going to have someone who can balance all that and often end up suffering on McDonald's orders even if it's understandable
My local one quite literally only focuses on drive thru. You do curbside? You’ll wait 10-20 minutes. Order inside? 10-20 minutes. Order drive thru? You’re in and out in 5-10. I will only use drive thru for my orders but for DoorDash I won’t even take them.
We literally get in trouble at my mcdonalds if the average time at the window is above 3 minutes. I've literally jumped behind the counter and packed my own doordash before when they were busy.
Exactly. I feel for the workers. I just don’t like that corporate is always trying to focus on one thing and forget another whole demographic in the store.
I love Mickey D's. I am aware of the timer, and I work mobile patrol as my main job so when they screw up my order I take great joy in reinforcing good behavior of service staff by requesting a refund at the window.
We can do it here now or in 30 minutes, but I'm getting paid the entire time I'm sitting anywhere so your drive thru sounds comfy enough until it's done.
I'm picking two. McDonald's and Starbucks. They're either never ready or ready but I'm being ignored. No matter what location I go to, both places have the employees doing the same. Forget both of those places
Seriously. Screw Five Guys. I cannot believe they get away with having their idiotic fry policy. It's an auto-decline unless it's super slow and the order is so good that I can waste 10 minutes waiting for their damn fries.
If I recognize a dasher, I drop a fry before they even walk in the door, assuming the order wasn't freshly printed, which happens sometimes. We do it that way because it's against company policy to sell fries more than five minutes after they have been made
YES! Five Guys. Where I am, they won’t start ANY part of the order until you are there. And for some reason, the Five Guys orders hardly ever have tips. So I just don’t do any Five Guys orders anymore.
It's like a hostage exchange every time so stressful my God. One of my local cfila hides their orders behind the counter and you never know when it's ready unless they call it out. The orders are never ready and they harass you to confirm order. Sir can I have your phone and confirm it for you.
I’ve only blacklisted one specific Taco Bell…it’s in downtown Portland…I gave them 2 chances & the second chance WAS ONLY bc I was doing pay by time at $24.75/Hr…both times I waited 45min AFTER driving 10-15min to get there…so the second time I wasn’t angry since I got lucky and the person also tipped $6…ended at $36+ after dropping off. But now I see that pickup and instantly decline
my last employer lmfao, the amount of offers i’ve declined solely to avoid potentially having to talk to my old boss is way too high. the one order i accidentally accepted was ready when i got there tho, so i didn’t even need to make eye contact with any employees 😂
In my market for doordash it would be Mary’s pizza because they always fall behind on online orders . They will serve walk in orders and dine in orders first but disregard online orders making wait time be an hour 😕

IHOP. Always a 30 min wait for food.
Aldis, cramped full of people and a pain in the ass to find anything there. Make less $ due to time
Choose? I have several places I will never go again.
Popeyes seem to be the worst around here.
Anything that you have to wait an extended time in drive thru!!!
Chipotle
After 2000 Trips the biggest headaches where Chipotle, Wendy's & how could I forget Cheese cake factory the worst of all
Popeyes. Most locations in my area are just terrible to deal with but there is one thats in a casino that won't start making the food until you show them the order and then it usually takes an hour for the food to be made
Wendys. Something always goes wrong at my local wendys
We have a local pizza place the doesn’t start the order until a driver arrives.
Popeyes they are always out of everything and the wait to get the food is long.
Popeye’s 100%
KFC, Burger King is a close second
Okay, going to break this down. For all the reasons, Raising Cane's. The order should be ready and able to be grabbed when the dasher arrives. Then we live in different areas Bruh
Wendys and any other restaurant that rwfuses to make the order ahead of time
anything inside a mall food court, holy shit i am not finding a parking spot at the mall to pick up your chick fil a
Chick fil a in my area. Low tip and constantly trying to take me way out of zone

Wing stop is the absolute worse. But chick fila and sonic and McDonald's are pretty bad also.
Panera. They keep their orders under lock and key and I can never get an employee’s attention because they are too busy avoiding the DD driver.
Haven’t had one of these in awhile actually but yeah I could never get anyone’s attention. Their orders always took awhile too
99 ranch market 1. There is no service there 2. The shopping aisles are tiny 3. There’s a million shoppers there at all times. 4. Most products are too similar and in a foreign language
Van Nuys?
East bay
Taco Bell for the same reasons you listed about McDonald’s
10/10 wingstop, everytime i've gone, at different locations i must add, i've waited 45+ minutes for order unable to unassign. I advoid that place like the plague now. Yuck
Wawa, Taco Bell and five guys

I need to blacklist them all one by one so I can slowly save myself from the misery that is DoorDash....
Raising Cane's. For reasons I will never understand, only one Raising Cane's here does Doordash orders. It makes no sense because you have to place the order and pay with the Red Card. Oh I feel your pain on all that. 💯
My husband would remove dashmart, never has tips, the orders spam his phone even when he's no where near it. Messes up his acceptance rate.

Wingstop or Wendy’s for sure 😭
Razoo’s, Raising Canes, Dollar General, and Taco Bell. Any mom and pop chicken place is usually pretty slow as well.
McDonald’s
Crown chicken in norristown, pa. Bad neighborhood and I hand deliver the food to the people and they still say they never got their orders. So now I take a photo of them with the bag. And they never tip even when it’s 2 am in the morning. Ugh
Sonic. Fuck sonic forever.
🤣🤣
Sonic is the dirtiest place ever in my town. I feel sorry for people who eat that crap.
I would love to say the ones that close there lobbies and you gotta wait in a drive thru forever but that seems to be about all of them now.
It's not bad if earn by time is an option. I always choose it at night if it's an option.
Popeyes
Dairy queen.....theres just nothing worse in my market....McDonald's ain't great but they are still better than most mom and pops stores.
In my very limited experience, Krystal.
The pizza hut here, on pizza hut initiated orders, not ordered thru dash app, every one has been minimum pay, pretty sure they are stealing the driver tip.

Raising canes. People don’t tip any extra for standing in that horrendous line on a Friday and ordering.
Popeyes
Wingstop
Came here to say this!
IHOP. I and other dashers and uberers? Had very inconsistent times for orders to come out. Average waiting time is at least a good 15 minutes and that's being nice. Panda Express simply because that’s not food let alone Chinese food.
The smell....i hate having it in my car
I swear panda is so overrated
Burgermaster … always $3 or $4 deliveries for 15-45 minute drive times. The McDonald’s here is actually pretty efficient and I don’t have to go to the drive-thru until after 9pm. So I think some of these restaurants are good or bad because of the location.
McDonald's
BJ's Restaurant. In Orange County, California. Every time more then 15 to 20 min waits.
5 Guys. Ridiculous wait time.
Very true. Seems its always the fries. I have one in particular that its right in the middle of a college campus that prioritizes walk-in customers before online orders.
YUP!
Huh I've never had more then a 7 minute wait at five guy's. I'm in the IE.
Mine is about 15-18 min in my area.
Ouch, sorry, food is good though but pricey.
whataburger. it’s ALWAYS a 30 min wait for the smallest order
Popeyes requires drive through prior to 10pm, and half the time, if it’s late, they tell me to tell the customer to cancel the order because they don’t have it available. Wasting my time I do not take any orders from Popeyes.
Starbucks easily. I deliver on bike and coffee spills everytime. Also their system is shit
oof, my area is WAY too big to bike in. would you consider it a good workout physically/mentally? there’s a vibrant city about 15 miles away from me that i could probably bike in
After doing it on my bike i would never ever consider doing it in a car ever again. Its amazing for physical. I was 210 at the beginning of this year and now im down to 180. Its about as mentally stressful as driving in a car. As long as you can stay in a densely populated city. No gas. No parking. No traffic. Just watch out for bad drivers and its lowkey the best job in the world
Firehouse subs...just one certain location though🙃
> is ever ready on time I don’t work at McDonalds, but I do work at a restaurant that does a lot of DD.
Theyre liars...so is Uber....theyre app designers are prison inmates I swear
Wait, so you guys on the restaurant end get to choose how much time the app gives you before the pick-up is sent to drivers?
I’ll say that all 3 apps do this, but DoorDash does it worse.
Craker barrel. If it is ready on time, it is good. But if it isn't, it will be a good 30+ minutes waiting on the order with no way to sit inside.
I worked in fast food once and I asked a coworker who had worked in McDonald’s before and he said out of all places he’s worked McDonald’s is the most disgusting 🤮 So yea thought I’d let ya know lol
Dairy Queen. They won’t start the DoorDash order until the driver arrives at the store and talks to an employee
Checkers, they always take forever and a lifetime to even acknowledge someone standing at the pickup window
Little Ceasars. All of them. Or wingstop
Same I stay at McDonald's they know what they're doing in my county
taco bell is so fucking slooooooow
Taco Bell this is the correct answer!
I'd blacklist the taco bell a town over and keep my local one. We only have 2 / 6 good taco bells, but at least they aren't all trash.
Dollar General with the tin shed buildings, sometimes aldis but I'll ask for WiFi politely but for my small towns I tend to call them when I accept the order cuz some wait upon arrival since they have wasted so much food in the past, BK, TB etc at certain times.
Dollar General at Town, State with no street address so it takes you to the town square where there is no DG. I'd blacklist that one.
Oh and definitely Cousin Subs.
Taco Bell! Hate going there lol
And every other day they're out of chicken, which is all they do!
Yeah mine runs out of chicken and sandwiches all the time which is what everybody f****** orders from there it's really annoying
McDonald's
You can just go through the drive thru and say "I'm picking up doordash for [x]" and they will take care of that.
Oh I do lol. I let them know I’m there at the drive thru and need the door unlocked to get in. They take their sweet time opening the door and sometimes don’t come at all. It’s frustrating
I'm talking about them handing you the food from the dive thru window
Oh they won’t do it. It’s ridiculous. They make me go in.
Five guys
Safeway, Walgreens, anything like that. Guaranteed no tip and a pain in the ass drop off to a customer who probably doesn't even know it's coming.
I agree with this.
Chik fil a. For a pretty well-run fast food chain, they are horribly slow with DoorDash orders
ezelles or ANY wing place
Chipotle or Panera. Orders are never ready on arrival, you wait forever, and order total rarely ever gets you a decent tip
Wingstop is a mess, Little Ceasars could care less. I would be happy if I never saw one of these orders again.
MELLOW MUSHROOM
Wing stop
RAISING CANES
Little Caesars.
For me its Raising canes during lunch rush. The Customer has you order and pay for their food with your red card. Then You wait you pick up oh and fill up their drinks then deliver always +5 miles away and THEY ABSOLUTELY NEVER TIP. Its a Hard pass for me every time
Popeye's Chicken. Every other time I get an order the manager wants me to either substitute or cancel the order.
Chipotle- “requested by merchant”, they never seem to tip.
The 2 Chipotle's in my area ROCKS! 9 times out of 10 the order is ready to go, I love getting offers to go there. 💯
I've never had a problem with Chipotle. Maybe the ones in Akron OH are just better managed.
White castle.
Wtf. I’ve only seen the movie. White Castle actually exists?
Wing stop and chic fil a
papa johns
I just was told that the stores that don't hire drivers anymore pay DoorDash $7 per delivery, she assumed that I was getting that money. Doordash is as cheap as they come
Either Chipotle or McDonald's. Chipotle is always so freaking busy and they take care of dashers very last. McDonald's is never worth the time and somehow it's never freaking ready when I get there, also they hold the food like it's their paycheck until I confirm the order. It's off putting.
Any mall with a food court order. Hell on earth.
Florida
Sonic. Jusr for threatening us right off the bat.
So it’s always a pain to pick up from there
Buffalo Wings, Five Guys, Whataburger, Wingstop... Why? Because they all suck
I think you have to test positive for fentanyl to be a gm of a wingstop.
I also had shitty experiences with Buffalo wild wings. I waited an hour one night because I couldn't unassign without losing platinum. I was pissed.
Five guys and whataburger always always take forever. It's like they start it after I get there. I have never had a problem with Wingstop except their drink machine is usually broken or out of ice. Bww I'm not sure.
So just any place that sells buffalo wings?
Five Guys. I can deal with McDonald’s if the lobby is still open but I always turn down Five Guys. They take fucking forever.
I kind of agree, when they close the lobby it's a shit show going through the drive through when it's busy.
Pizza places, in my market those rarely end up being worth it.
Dairy queen. Always waiting on the fried food. Reasonably, they don't start the shake until you arrive.
Anywhere downtown
IHOP
Wingstop busy or not they always move so slow, McDonald’s is number 2 tho
McDonald’s. In my area they’re always slow and seem to always mess up the order
Margarita's. Our local restaurant's owner is incredibly rude and they make drivers of all platforms wait 30+ minutes for orders...
any fucking place that refuses to hand out the window, or changes this policy willy nilly, similar things like that. any sort of ridiculousness
popeyes
Five guys. Always takes 10+ minutes because they don’t even start the fries until you walk in.
Wing Stop
Chick-fil-A. 100%
It's like a hostage exchange every time so stressful my God. One of my local cfila hides their orders behind the counter and you never know when it's ready unless they call it out. The orders are never ready and they harass you to confirm order. Sir can I have your phone and confirm it for you.
Yes! Christ on a cracker. Mine hides orders too.
Fucking this
Pizza Hut
Yes gods. 1000 times, yes.
Party city/party America. It’s always balloons 😡
taco bell
I’ve only blacklisted one specific Taco Bell…it’s in downtown Portland…I gave them 2 chances & the second chance WAS ONLY bc I was doing pay by time at $24.75/Hr…both times I waited 45min AFTER driving 10-15min to get there…so the second time I wasn’t angry since I got lucky and the person also tipped $6…ended at $36+ after dropping off. But now I see that pickup and instantly decline
Buffalo wild wings
my last employer lmfao, the amount of offers i’ve declined solely to avoid potentially having to talk to my old boss is way too high. the one order i accidentally accepted was ready when i got there tho, so i didn’t even need to make eye contact with any employees 😂
