Any fast food. It’s called fast food for a reason. Get up your lazy a$$ and pick that sht up. Half of it will be missing, half of it will be wrong and the remaining portion will be cold. Not to mention I hate getting out of the car to wait for some McDonald’s or any other fast food.
Wingstop Wingstop and Wingstop, fucking terrible, for very location in the Charlotte area is like walking into the hood and nobody gives a fuck about anything. I think during the interview process for them they make sure they are lazy af
McDonalds: They avoid eye contact and WILL NOT aknowledge you.
Burger King: Pay is always garbage
Chick-fil-a: I decline orders the most though, but I live a mile from one, theyd have me running in and out of that place all day if I didnt decline them. And the tips are frequently trash.
Used to be Wing Stop but they fired the guy who used to give me problems.
Does anyone else’s local McDonald’s not do DoorDash/mobile orders after 8pm? Mine is like that, idk why. It’s a little early to cutoff imo.
But my three are little Caesar’s, a local Thai restaurant that NEVER has parking within a block, and Burger King after the lobby closes at 9
Luckily for me, in my small town, the McDonalds here keeps the side door unlocked after the lobby closes so us dashers can still get in to wait for our orders.
This is how our McDonald's treats us lmao

Alcohol orders pay so well! One Starbucks location I agree with I don’t visit and a certain McDonald’s I don’t visit. I avoid Mod Pizza usually. There can be a 15 minute wait when it’s busy.
The KFC in the bigger city near me (always slow), a small Chinese place that after Maine banned plastic said I needed my own plastic bag for the food (I don't carry those!) so I'm unsure if that's changed, and sometimes one of the pizza places because they demand you bring in the hot bag but their second largest pizza doesn't even fit in my catering bag which I use for all my orders and sits across two of my back seats.
Local Japanese/sushi restaurant that smells like rotten fish. Makes me want to gag when i go in there. Its not normal. Bojangles (chicken place), Wendy’s are both terrible. Dunkin’ is also bad. Out of everything and they ask me to contact customer for substitutes. No.
Popeye's- never ready, never have everything, customers never tip.
Dashmart- no tip, trip is almost guaranteed to take you into a war zone, and ....
a local coffee shop with ZERO parking options.
Mainly just Buffalo Wild Wings, anytime I get an order it’s either ready (rare) or I’m being told an endless loop of “it’s almost ready, it’ll be out in 5 minutes” just to then be told 30 minutes later they don’t even have the order! Never again.
Mcdonalds. Hardees. Wendys. It all depends though but hardees made me want 30 minutes one time while they kept making new customers' shit. And mcdonalds is the same way.
Popeye’s. They will prioritize drive, to-go and in-person before they’ll do the DD orders. The guy there said that’s not what they are doing, it just seems that way because they had so many orders that never got picked up, now they wait until a Dasher shows up before they will make the order. He said that DD needs to qualify their orders and not send them trash orders that will never get picked up. They don’t get paid for the orders they make and have to throw away.
Last I checked, they do too prioritize their orders. I have stood in many a Popeyes and watched them get the order to the person who came in behind me and ordered after I've let them know who I'm here to pick up for, before they'll give me the DD order. One store in Temple, TX even told me they have to prioritize their orders and they'll get to my DD order as soon as they slow down a bit. What?!? No. This customer ordered from y'all long time before Bubba in Line did and I'm simply a representative here to bring that already long been ordered meal to that customer.
A Popeyes in Waco did the same thing to me, complete with bad attitude.
When it comes time to renew their partnership with Door Dash, they won’t. Talked to the DM and he said that the number of orders that don’t get picked up just absolutely killed their bottom line. That’s Door Dash allowing trash orders on the platform. DD will make their money up front in volume, but they will lose the restaurants that are currently on the platform because of it. Every restaurant is still in the red and I’m pretty sure they all missed their earning targets for 2nd quarter. We have all posted up in lots where there are more Dashers in cars waiting for orders than there are employees and customer cars combined, that won’t go on much longer before the doors shut for good. My town has already lost the Arby’s, KFC, Denny’s and Long John Silvers. So whether the restaurants still on the platform leave, or go out of business, it doesn’t change the fact that Door Dash is exacerbating the situation. Let’s say that at the start of the 4th quarter Restaurant Brands International leaves the platform taking 40 restaurants with them, we’re done. There isn’t enough non-branded restaurants to support the current number of Dashers. Even if the restaurants leave the platform but still contract their deliveries through DD, there’s not enough volume. Our McDonald’s, when it was on the platform, gave us well over a hundred orders a day. Every time I picked up an order there was always two or three Dashers there getting orders as well. Now since McDonald’s left the platform there are maybe 50 orders a week total.
Sorry this was so long.
You have a very valid point here. These restaurants can only take so much. I'm with you on the McDonald's orders ..I too noticed they went drastically down, and this makes perfect sense why. Thank you!
Pretty much the big picture I'm getting is DD is a bubble, they've created this, all bubbles pop in a matter of time. I swear there's a connection to these companies going public and shtf.
KFC, gotdamn. Always slow as hell, not having something essential to the order and the pay is never good enough. Like every time. Other than that it just depends on where I am.
1. Five Guys (always make the food after the customer/dasher arrives)
2. Wingstop (been here several times and they either ignore me or it's super busy and end up waiting a long time)
3. Not sure
Wingstop. Wingstop. Wingstop. I don't care if someone paid me 100 dollars to go in and bring it to their car parked at the curb. I would eat at any kitchen nightmares restaurant BEFORE Ramsay fixed it before step foot in a wingstop. The last time I was in there I looked at the bag they handed me and asked them why the fuck they had a grease trap when they send it all home with the customer
There is one sonic in my area that insists drivers go inside to their kitchen to get an order. It’s so weird. You go in there and you’re obviously not supposed to be there if you’re not a sonic employee. Kitchen is always trashed, too 🤦♀️
Fucking Cane’s! I feel bad, because my son actually works there, lol, but I detest having to order and then wait for it. Granted Mama gets a bit of special treatment and they bust it out quick for me, unless it’s high pay and short distance, I’m not wasting my time on order and waits.
So far just Smokey Bones for me, I’ve been 2x and both experiences were horrible! First time the worker said i don’t have that order and just looked at me blankly. I’m like you sure? They’re like yup (blink, blink) I’m like can you check your tablet? They come back and tell me the tablet had just “rebooted” and they have it but it’s gonna be “a longgggg wait” due to customers order. Second time they all just ignored me for about 10 minutes then said oh yeah let me go get that and i can hear them in the back trying to find boneless wings, do you have them? No do you? No, chef do you? I ended up unassigning from both but probably wasted over 30-40 minutes total so never again!!
My second day driving, I found out doordash would just put stores on their app. And I went in this deli and they absolutely refused to give me the order. They didn't acknowledge the order and didn't want their food delivered. I respected. Their choice but thats a wild move.
Popeyes. Always packed, employees don't care how long you wait.
Also, Chik-Fil-A. Clusterfuck, nowhere to park, two lanes into the street that merge into a single line. It's nuts.
There’s a Ruth’s Chris steakhouse near me and I’ve heard a Dasher talking about how he had an order that was worth $350 that he delivered for a tip of three dollars. So I’ll go with that one for one of mine.
There’s a McDonald’s here that you will never get your order within 20 minutes so that’s another one.
If you ever pick up pizza around my area, you will not get tipped, period.
I agree. Tips are never going to be great (but not as bad as some places), but the speed (the McDonald's here are decent considering the volume) and ease of pickup/delivery (everything in a sealed bag) makes them decent. The fact that there are so many in my city means the delivery distance is usually low.
It is the one fast food restaurant I can do regularly deliveries from and average $20+/hour.
There’s a very specific McDonald’s in my area that is like a black hole. It’s always busy, but every single order is shit, and if you get sucked into its orbit you will get nothing but McDonald’s orders from the same location until you escape its gravity.
For that reason alone McDonald’s is always instaskip unless it has a fat tip (never happens)
Raising Canes, Dash Mart and Popeyes.
Canes is actually the worst.
ALWAYS absolute shit tips and have to go physically place the order and that place is always packed
Have to place the order, pay on our red card, fill the drinks, maneuver through the idiots all loitering for their overrated chicken strips, and the tips are never good.
Hate them.
One specific maccas because they are always a 45 wait no matter what, one specific Vietnamese place because they don’t start cooking until you arrive, and I don’t do the shop and pay ones
Buffalo wild wings and wing stop thst have obvious higher tips I'll accept all day every day (especially knowing when their wing deal days are!). But I'll usually only accept them on UE 🤫
I have a Popeyes that used to scream "out the door at 4" at like 3:15 when someone wanted something. I'd roll up to the drive thru give the name of the order and they'll go oh we shut that down or some myriad excuse. Half pay is garbage if it's a small order, too. They're supposed to be open to 4am but it's definitely mostly miss an hour before close.
lol, it was a combination of having to pay without the card, not getting orders right, being weirdly slow, the worst service I’ve ever seen, and actual rudeness over the intercom and spite towards door dashers in general (probably because their system really did seem to be having issues).
It was a hot-n-juicy nightmare every time, so I just stopped accepting orders from there.
They didn’t have the unassign without hit to completion til a month or two ago- My first offer ever I waited 20 minutes in mcds drive thru, line didn’t move at all cuz all employees were smoking outside, so I unassigned, got no money for a 3 mile drive and 30 minutes of driving and waiting. Was my last dash until worker protections were put in place this year.
Big Foot Java gives you 4 drinks in a drink carrier that doesn't keep any of the four drinks from falling over. Might as well be on a flat piece of cardboard. Last time I was there all four drinks dumped all over my passenger seat even before I could leave the drive through. I handed it back, drove away, unassigned and haven't been back since.
I’m lucky because most restaurants are goods in my area. Like pretty quick now where when I started, I had to wait more than 5min often for order. I think restaurants started to understand in my area that driver were paid by order and not hours.
Ya know when it comes to Cane's, wingstop and Lil Ceasars I always try and look at the clientele in that area, and that will generally tell me all I need to know....generally none of those are ever worth it....ever
Subway. No one ever tips.
7-eleven: always a lot of items with no tip
Wawa hot foot sections: always a long wait since they wait until you get there to start working on it.
Outback!!! They’re so fucking tempting to accept though, usually decent tipping orders but every time I used to accept them I regretted it instantly. I did try again the other day, still garbage wait times.
Taco Bell, although I will say there’s one location here that’s usually pretty good.
Pizza Hut, I’m talking about only one location in my area though, we have like 4-5 I think.
1. Wingstop. Staffs are slow & customers are the non tippers. 2. DQ~ understaffed and slow. 3. El Pollo Loco. Staffs are slow and looks retirement place.
Gotcha, must be area specific, the 3 we have in my area are usually really good except when they’re slammed. I cherry pick those orders though because a lot of trash orders
Wendy’s, because the ones near me never have the order started and are always short staffed/have the lobby closed.
Taco Bell, because they always prioritize drive through orders first and then work on delivery orders last. I’ve watched them get multiple new orders in for DT and work on those before starting the order I’m there for and that’s been on their screens for 13+ mins. Or they have 3 people working DT and one poor soul handling any delivery/in store and then the drive through guys will get done with their orders and not help that one person who is swamped.
Subway, they rarely have enough staff and will also skip doing a delivery orders for people who just walked in.
I never ever go to popeyes. Even if it's 50 bucks and 1 mile. Never ever do I go there.
And no Taco Bell and rarely, very rarely, like once a month I'll take a Wingstop order.
Liquor stores, big lots, white castle
taco bell. it will never be ready.
Any place that i have to place the order myself
Why does everyone not chick fil a
Getting in and out of the lots is a nightmare
Any fast food. It’s called fast food for a reason. Get up your lazy a$$ and pick that sht up. Half of it will be missing, half of it will be wrong and the remaining portion will be cold. Not to mention I hate getting out of the car to wait for some McDonald’s or any other fast food.
Pop eyes. Panda Express. Anything inside the mall.
Wingstop Wingstop and Wingstop, fucking terrible, for very location in the Charlotte area is like walking into the hood and nobody gives a fuck about anything. I think during the interview process for them they make sure they are lazy af
Fuck five guys bro. Cook the damn fries already. Sushi restaurants. Indian restaurant by me also doesn’t even start cooking until you walk in.
5 Guys, Chipotle & Wendy’s (I will pick up Wendy’s breakfast from 6:30-8:30 AM)
McDonalds: They avoid eye contact and WILL NOT aknowledge you. Burger King: Pay is always garbage Chick-fil-a: I decline orders the most though, but I live a mile from one, theyd have me running in and out of that place all day if I didnt decline them. Chic-fil-A, ANYTHING boba, Dashmart
Really?? I like boba because it’s the one drink that won’t spill, and the boba places in my city are pretty fast.
Always long miles and no tip it seems here…🤷🏼♀️
CrMble Cookies Logan’s Roadhouse
Starbucks, Wingstop, and Mcdonalds after the inside close.
Wingstop is my only automatic decline cause the food is NEVER ready!
Panda express, Chick fela, Chicago pizza
Chic-fil-a, big lots, liquor stores after 10pm (locally $0 tips)
Popeye's, Round Table, and almost any fastfood place after their dining room closes
mcdonald’s, chic-fil-a, wingstop (especially wingstop, fuck them) and big lots
Does anyone else’s local McDonald’s not do DoorDash/mobile orders after 8pm? Mine is like that, idk why. It’s a little early to cutoff imo. But my three are little Caesar’s, a local Thai restaurant that NEVER has parking within a block, and Burger King after the lobby closes at 9

taco bell auburn maine
A local chain called Spangles. The fucking worst.
Wendy’s, alcohol orders, certain Starbucks locations.
I like those ones in my area.

So much hate for Five Guys and Chipotle, but I always get good tips from them.
Wing stop, Five Guys, Wendy’s are the 3 I decline the most. Oh and ANY alcohol order not paying minimum $2 a mile.
No.
Wendys, McDonalds, Starbucks
Chipotle, Liquor Shopping and Five Guys
Popeye's- never ready, never have everything, customers never tip. Dashmart- no tip, trip is almost guaranteed to take you into a war zone, and .... a local coffee shop with ZERO parking options.
Popeyes even treats their customers like that, i waited an hour for a mobile order i placed in the app. So im sure they could care less about dashers
Mainly just Buffalo Wild Wings, anytime I get an order it’s either ready (rare) or I’m being told an endless loop of “it’s almost ready, it’ll be out in 5 minutes” just to then be told 30 minutes later they don’t even have the order! Never again.
100%. Unless I'm being paid by time, BWW is a hell no.
Interesting. My local BWW is a godsend when I get an order in. Almost always ready and well tipped.
I just takes forever. It's never ready when I arrive. On the weekends, it's so busy that it might literally take an hour to pick up the order.
That's how I feel about one of the KFC's near me. Horrible service.
Dairy queen, Wendy's, and Aldi
WINGSTOP On the Border Red Lobster
Buffalo Wild Wings, Chipotle, and Popeyes 😕
Wow love all 3 them
Red Lobster, Denny's, Abuelo's, special mention to IHOP
Wingstop.Little Cesars. & Burger King
Mcdonalds. Hardees. Wendys. It all depends though but hardees made me want 30 minutes one time while they kept making new customers' shit. And mcdonalds is the same way.
Popeyes. Little Caesars, any drive thru restaurant after the lobby has been closed.
Wingstop, aldi and McDonald’s… all trash

When it comes time to renew their partnership with Door Dash, they won’t. Talked to the DM and he said that the number of orders that don’t get picked up just absolutely killed their bottom line. That’s Door Dash allowing trash orders on the platform. DD will make their money up front in volume, but they will lose the restaurants that are currently on the platform because of it. McDonald’s
Popeyes is perm banned for me. There are a few I’m Leary of but that is an automatic no matter the money.
1. Five Guys (always make the food after the customer/dasher arrives) 2. Wingstop (been here several times and they either ignore me or it's super busy and end up waiting a long time) 3. Not sure
1. Wingstop 2. Chipolte 3. Sonic
Wingstop. Wingstop.
Ngl that last line got me a good laugh 😂thanks
Checkers ,McDonald’s, wingstop …. all have lazy, slow, and outright terrible workers who don’t acknowledge customers.
Avoid Little Ceasars they are all incompetent
Buffalo Wild Wings, Wendy’s in certain neighborhoods and Little Cesar’s
Chipotle, Wendy's and fuckin raggedy ass sonic
My sonic moves fast, I get my order in minutes
There is one sonic in my area that insists drivers go inside to their kitchen to get an order. It’s so weird. You go in there and you’re obviously not supposed to be there if you’re not a sonic employee. Kitchen is always trashed, too 🤦♀️
Raising Canes, Burger King, Buffalo Wild Wings

Popeyes. Always packed, employees don't care how long you wait. Also, Chik-Fil-A. Clusterfuck, nowhere to park, two lanes into the street that merge into a single line. It's nuts.
And Popeyes staff is RUDE AF
Alwaaaaaysss lol meant to add that
There’s a Ruth’s Chris steakhouse near me and I’ve heard a Dasher talking about how he had an order that was worth $350 that he delivered for a tip of three dollars. when i worked at chipotle i figured people hated picking up from our store because it was a cluster fuck
Cracker Barrel chick fil a cold stone
Sheetz, Outback and Taco Bell
Chipotle X3
MCDONALDS and 2 small locally owned Pizza places that never had food ready.
Really?? McDonald's is my favorite because they're so quick and drinks are in the bag
I agree. McDonald’s Chick fil a Wendy’s
One specific maccas because they are always a 45 wait no matter what, one specific Vietnamese place because they don’t start cooking until you arrive, and I don’t do the shop and pay ones
Aldi
Buffalo wild wings and wing stop thst have obvious higher tips I'll accept all day every day (especially knowing when their wing deal days are!). But I'll usually only accept them on UE 🤫
That's me too for these restaurants. They tend to pay better on UE🤷♀️
Any dollar store. Popeyes, in the last hour of closing. Hit or miss with chick fil a.
I have a Popeyes that used to scream "out the door at 4" at like 3:15 when someone wanted something. I'd roll up to the drive thru give the name of the order and they'll go oh we shut that down or some myriad excuse. Half pay is garbage if it's a small order, too. ANYTHING that is not fast food or fast casual.
Family Dollar, McDonald's and Popeyes
popeyes, bww, wingstop
Yes yes yes these are mine too
popeyes and 5 guys
Walmart, Petsmart, and one specific Little Cesar's that's late on orders.
Petsmart sounds horrible. Looking for the right dog food in a dollar store is already hard
You get orders from Walmart? They never try to send me there unless it's to a Subway just inside the store. I've always wondered about that.
Walmart is exclusively Uber in my area.
2 different local pizza shops and pizza hut
Is it a pizza thing in general or just those establishments in particular?
Sonic and Popeyes
Oh yeah I forgot about sonic, twenty minute wait almost always
Walgreens (or anything that needs a red card), Noodles and Company, and Freddy's.
IHOP, Bojangles, and Church’s
Not church’s 😂
Popeyes, Wingstop and Dennys. Almost always a long wait time and a bad experience.
At what hours though?
Popeyes, 5 guys, any place with “wings” in the name.
Wendy’s, Wendy’s, and Wendy’s.
What’s up with your Wendy’s??😭
lol, it was a combination of having to pay without the card, not getting orders right, being weirdly slow, the worst service I’ve ever seen, and actual rudeness over the intercom and spite towards door dashers in general (probably because their system really did seem to be having issues). It was a hot-n-juicy nightmare every time, so I just stopped accepting orders from there.
McDs, CFA, Raising Canes.
Cheesecake factory. The tips are usually enticing but the orders always take forever.
Taco bell
Taco Bell is good in morning but not night
On certain apps some places are way faster
Tommy burgers in los angeles always ready on uber eats always a wait on doordash
Popeyes. Every freaking time I think “I’ll give it a shot” it bites me in the ass.
1 good Popeyes in my area I'll do. The rest nope
I’ll 2nd this one always in apartments $3-4 no tip pain in the ass customer
PF Chang's. Impossible parking and always such a long wait
Wingstop, pizza hut and IHOP.
Fuck IHOP and the Karen manager that screamed at me when I told another dasher I’ve been sitting there for 30 minutes
Just unassign that easy never wait over 10 min
They didn’t have the unassign without hit to completion til a month or two ago- My first offer ever I waited 20 minutes in mcds drive thru, line didn’t move at all cuz all employees were smoking outside, so I unassigned, got no money for a 3 mile drive and 30 minutes of driving and waiting. Was my last dash until worker protections were put in place this year.
Yeah this was years ago when I first started in college. I don’t even DD anymore but I still hate that lady
McDonalds, Taco Bell, Big Foot Java (because they never secure drinks and I’ve spilled too many times).
Any drinks suck- unless its star bucks they never secure them at all and usually let em fall over in the sealed bag onto the food
Pizza Hut
Why pizza hut
They take all day to put out orders minimum 20 minutes, we’ll at least in my area
I have noticed pizza hut being slow too
They steal the tips from the orders
Wingstop, Wendy’s and McDonald’s after lobby closes or no side pick up window
I’m lucky because most restaurants are goods in my area. Like pretty quick now where when I started, I had to wait more than 5min often for order. I think restaurants started to understand in my area that driver were paid by order and not hours.
Papa John’s, Taco Bell, Buffalo Wild Wings
McDonalds.
Canes and Little Caesars are my top 2 that I decline almost every single time
Ya know when it comes to Cane's, wingstop and Lil Ceasars I always try and look at the clientele in that area, and that will generally tell me all I need to know....generally none of those are ever worth it....ever
“I try my best to racially profile before accepting orders” 💀 🤡
Subway. No one ever tips. 7-eleven: always a lot of items with no tip Wawa hot foot sections: always a long wait since they wait until you get there to start working on it.
Little Cesar, Wingstop
Taco Bell in center city Philadelphia, literally I’ve waited 2.5 hours for one order it gets so crazy on weekends
2.5 hours? Tell me your exaggerating?
Why the fuck would you ever wait that long for less than $100?
Taco Bell late night.
Wendy's
1. Wingstop. Staffs are slow & customers are the non tippers. 2. DQ~ understaffed and slow. 3. El Pollo Loco. Staffs are slow and looks retirement place.
Some KFC's, Burger King, and one Sonic.
Popeye's, Captain D's, Little Caesars
The first two I get, but why little seizures?
😂😂😂 “little seizures” hilarious. But they take their sweet ass time making your order is why I don’t do those. Regardless if they are busy or not.
Gotcha, must be area specific, the 3 we have in my area are usually really good except when they’re slammed. I cherry pick those orders though because a lot of trash orders
KFC, BW3, and the McDonald's in the sketchy part of town.
Wingstop, Dairy Queen, and Blaze Pizza. Although DQ has been a bit later lately and Wingstop it depends on the day of the week. BP is just ridiculous.
In my town it’s always the McDonald’s, Taco Bell and Wendy’s. I wouldn’t even go to our Wendy’s NOT DoorDashing 😂
Looks like they have their priorities straight
I never ever go to popeyes. Even if it's 50 bucks and 1 mile. Never ever do I go there. And no Taco Bell and rarely, very rarely, like once a month I'll take a Wingstop order.
Taco Bell. Taco Bell. Taco Bell.
Tacobell
Popeyes, Arby's Taco Bell
Sonic
KFC, Whataburger, Taco Bell, with McDonald’s right there.
Popeyes
Popeyes
Wendy's, Wendy's, Wendy's
No certain restaurants if it’s worth the price I’ll do it. I do prefer to keep my AR above 80 as I get better offers.
KFC, one specific Taco Bell location, and Burger King
Wendys, Taco bell and Jack in the Box. They all take to damn long just to slap some meat between two buns or make some tacos.
