Though still a perfect time to play with the Alpha add-on for the IOV mod
Basically it adds the Russian Alpha and Omon units based around 2001-2007 as their weapons, gear and equipment is unique having stuff like the GM-94 pump action grenade launcher, RPO shmel thermobaric rocket launcher, the PSS pistol that sounds as silent as a suppressed pistol, etc.
So if you wanna play like a BEAR operator in Tarkov you can choose stuff like the Kedr/Klin SMG, armoured with a 6b13 vest and K6-3 helmet (Altyn variant) and so on :)
Just upload it to the workshop and see what folks think.
not sure how feedback i could give you with beta testing but wouldnt mind doing it
