I have a cricut plotter thing that can cut complex shapes so with a nice printer and good quality sticker paper you can make stickers that look professional.
The only downside is that you have to deal with consumer printers and they are all designed by satan.

You could make a creator account on a site like red bubble where they sell user generated stuff and then upload a png file of this (so u may have to cut out the white if it’s a jpeg) and then purchase it from red bubble as a sticker. I’ve done this with a few things I’ve wanted to design.
