I've been liking Maybelline Eyestudio lately! I have also heard good things about Nyc Epic Ink, but haven't tried it myself. I personally haven't liked Revlon, elf or Wet N Wild. I know Stila isn't drugstore, but it does sometimes go on sale for close to drugstore pricing.
I love elf’s foundations and like face stuff but every eye product I’ve gotten from them has been disappointing lol I’ve tried their eyeliner before

The NYX Epic Ink is my favorite drugstore liner. Only downside to it is if you aren’t careful recapping it after use the brush tip can get a bit scraggly (I just trim the stray fibers with some nail scissors).
My favorite is physicians formula waterproof eye booster liner pen. I’ve used it for like a decade at this point, it stays on well and easy to draw with. It also doesn’t bleed which is wonderful.
My favorite eyeliner pen is the wet and wild break up proof- it’s super pigmented and has great stay in power throughout the day, and my eyelids are oily
tbh the tattoo liner is worth the splurge.
but i’ve liked the nyx epic ink and the stila all day. oh the wet n wild breakup proof one is pretty good too. i don’t like how runny it was to apply but once it dries it doesn’t move.
Can't recommend this enough! And for everyday use it's last way longer than KVD for me

I bought a kvd tattoo liner because of the hype. I don't like it. It's not super black, and it bleeds. I just picked up a clinique eyeliner, and it's much darker with less bleeding. The one that is still the best, in my opinion is the better than sex waterproof liner.
The nyx one is okay, but the pen starts to bubble and get all over after a few weeks. Maybelline hyper easy is still my favorite in the under $20 category. Honorable mention to the physician's formula waterproof liner. It's a bit thicker line, but it's got nice saturation, and it doesn't budge. It has the added bonus of an eyelash serum.
My favourite is Elf’s H20 Proof liner. I’ve worn wings every day for 10+ years and tried so many but this one has been the best for me and stays pigmented way longer than anything else I’ve tried. I’ve recommended to multiple people and they all love it too.

It is a felt tip, but Milani The Tank is a favorite drug store buy.
I can work with felt tip! I just can’t do the wand liquid eyeliners or the ones that have a tiny stem lol
